Megan is a WONDERFUL customer satisfaction type person! My husband & I moved from SF,CA in Nov, and they had only a couple units in the size we needed left, but the ca,led us & told us someone was interested in the space hesitate was the LAST ONE! (YUP I CHECKED...LIVING IN SF JADED ME UNFORTUNATELY!) Sof we paid for the unit, sight unseen..but let me tell you what! These ladies? They LOVE their job, and theres a reason, obviously...this company is SERIOUSLY TOP NOTCH! I ALMOST wish we hadnt bought our home so quickly! (The only reason we didnt need storage anymore was because we bought our house..) My husband & I only needed Community Storagespace services for..3 months? Thanks HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE THEM TO ANY AND ALL! Thank you, Megan & Michelle!...you ladies were our 1st introduction to the TRUE MIDWEST! THANK YOU!,, THANK YOU! We were looking for a clean storage facility to park an extra car for the winter. We chose Community Storage for a few reasons: the management is friendly and responsive; the parking lot is all paved - others we looked at had asphalt & gravel lots so we felt that the gravel dust would end up inside our facility (lets face it storage facilities arent meant to be weather right unless youre on in an indoor unit); and the facility is newer and somewhat nearby. Community Storage isnt the cheapest or most expensive but given what I stated in my review I feel its the best value.

I needed a storage unit on very short notice, and this place helped me out. They were the only location I could find in the area that still had availability, and they were by far the cheapest out of everybody I called. I have been renter there for 6 months, and havent had any issues. The facility is pretty nice, keypad entry & gate, cameras, etc. I dislike that from 11pm to 5am the facility is closed, but its only a minor inconvenience. Overall, very satisfied.

The kiosk was easy to use and I was even able to buy a new lock for my unit. The grounds and units are well maintained and easy to access. I ran out of space in the first unit that I rented, so I rented a larger unit and moved all my stuff to it. I contacted Megan and she applied the remaining rent from the first unit to the second unit (I had paid several months in advance, so this was important for me). Nice customer service!

Easy to use self-service kiosk to start a rental. It even sold me a lock for my unit and dispensed it on the spot! Friendly staff called the day after I started my rental to make sure everything worked well. Easy in-and-out access. Seems very secure. Would recommend to anyone.

This place is the BEST. My wife was really freaked out by the filthy, bug infested storage units we check out until we found Community Storage. It was spotless, easy to work with, friendly and by far the best storage place in the Pendleton area! Michelle is awesome to work with.

Really impressed with this facility. We initially reserved a unit but was not really necessary as the lobby kiosk walks you through the process. It takes several minutes but is easy. Units are new and clean and easy to get to as it is right off the interstate.
