I have had my belongings in there over a year do to a DEATH... They are quick to add late fees an lien"s on your unit"s.. Tonya was kind to me the last time I was there, Im trying to get my stuff out of storage now... But Im going through a divorce and its just me and my daddy who is disabled... The company only care"s about there MONEY... I wouldnt advise anyone who is going to have to use it long term... Im on a fixed income and so is my Dad.. I have almost lost my belongings TWICE, like I said its all about the money... Life happens, there is no wiggle room with this company, I will be so glad when I can get our family home together enough to put my belongings in the basement.. DONT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU THINK YOU WILL FALL ON ANY HARD TIME"S... THE LIEN FEE IS $115.00 an I believe they hit you with it after 45 days on top of the extra$40.00 in late fees... Once I get my belongings out of this place, I will tell everyone I know not to use it... I never expected it to be in there this long nor did I ever expect to pay such a substantial amount of money to this company..

I have had this storage for a few years which I love having access to get into around the clock. The clerk service hasnt been the best in the past number of years. But NOW I AM 100% pleased with the current staffing. New wonderful lady and a gentleman and are very friendly and helpful in their occupation. Regardless of their chores around the property they are ALWAYS cheerful and delighted to be a service to you. Thank you Life Storage.

My whole experience with Uncle Bobs (Life Storage) from day one has been SUPERB!! Even though I had been late with my storage fee Ms.Tonya (BANG BANG)Gunn always let me know where I stood and my payment situation without being a smart mouth,rude or disrespectful. OMG!! The OUTSTANDING..AND I DO MEAN OUTSTANDING..customer service was UNBELIEVAble. Will The attendent is awsome!!, Very Knowledgeable and genuine. I am 44 years old and out 28 years This was the BEST, Most Professional Experience I have ever had. The customer service I received from Tonya was absolutely amazing. Moving is such a task and being on the road for over 10 hours, I was completely exhausted.
