Well where do I start....Ive been trying to write this review for almost a week now and finally got the chance to today....I had to amazing (handsome Lol insider) Reps by the names of David and Greg. whom I can honestly say were great...they had great costomer service, great attitudes, and this Extra Storage Space has great prices! Even on one of the most stressful days (they had no internet for the whole morning) nothing changed...still great customer service and great attitudes. I would most def recommend this Extra Storage Space to anyone!! Remind you this is my second time renting from them!! thanks guys keep up the great work!!

Oh my gosh where do I start!? Dave is a phenomenal manager he was very enthusiastic when he greeted me on the phone in addition to guiding me to his location! When I got there he was very down to earth and straight forward about everything I needed to know about what I was getting myself into. He answered every question thoroughly and I never felt like he needed me to sign up for anything his costumer service sold itself. I needed boxes and he carried them out to my car. Over all I give this place and its management a 5 star and believe you me for the side of town its on it most definitely exceeds the expectation.

After filling up one storage unit during our move we needed another one. I attempted to go back where we had our other one, but they didnt have the size we needed. After much discussion and some horrific customer service at public storage giving me the run around, I called extra space 5 mins before they closed and asked if they could stay until I got there. The employee working, Maggie, said sure and got me all set up. Super kind and professional. Hope I never move or need a storage unit again, but if I do I know where I am going.

I received notice a couple of months ago that this was being sold to new owners. Apparently, I needed to update credit card info as it wasnt transferred with the sale. I havent gotten any bills, but I got a notice that I was in default and they wanted to sell my stuff. They are cheap. but when the first notice I get is a notice of default, they just want to sell my stuff, charge me extra fees and get me out, I guess. Watch out for that. Should be illegal. BBB and Attorney General of Indiana should know about that.

Came in on a Saturday, my first time ever renting a storage bin so I didnt really know what size I was looking for. The guy behind the counter was very rude and unhelpful. Didnt want to show me any units so I would know exactly what size I needed. He didnt even try to make a suggestion on what size was best for what I would be putting in the unit. Got frustrated and left. Went to the extra space storage in speedway and they were super friendly and very helpful. Middle to finger to u, I took my $100 elsewhere.

This place is terrible! Do not store here! The woman in the office is extremely rude. They are not open from 10:00 to 6:00 like it says everywhere online. When I was finally able to speak to someone in the office I told the lady working that they should reflect their hours more accurately online and she started acting extremely hostile and told me I could store somewhere else. Avoid this place if you care at all about the kind of customer service you get.

The customer service is amazing! Everyone is friendly and willing to help, my only issue is when we emptied out our storage units there were giant spiders and dead mice in our rugs... So far we havent seen anything else but the spiders and mice were enough that well spend a little more next time on a place that tries to control pests better.

Been with them for 3 years and they have always been so helpful and so friendly. They have great customer service that work with you. I changed to a smaller unit and was working with them while I was in Texas and trying to manage my unit in Indiana. Never had any problems, and the guy that helped me the last time was amazing. Very friendly.

I enjoy the customer service I recieved from Extra Space Storage! I was going through a really tough time & the manger David was there to help. I would definetly recommend this business to anybody needing storage. I own a 10X10 and pay $41 a month while competitors charge at least $85 for the same amount of space. Thanks David :)

Ive been renting with Extra Space for awhile now. Dave set me up and has offered great customer service ever since. When I needed to get into my unit through the winter, he shoveled snow to give me better access to my unit. All around the service has been great and I would recommend this location.

I am leaving 5 stars because I like this place. Their prices are lowest in town; save your time and effort! Stephanie, the property manager, is so sweet and helpful. She will do anything to meet your storage needs. She goes way beyond customer service! I highly recommend this place.

We have had a number of units over the years that have included red hot summers, floods, polar vortices, and ice storms and have had no problems, our stuff is safe and dry. The office provides good and prompt service and keeps the facility clean and presentable.
