They are very high on their pricing though I live in a college town so everyone else is also. One of the mail things I really liked about them was the fact that it had a gate and only people who stored with Storage Express soul be granted access within the area via a passcode to enter at the gate. Awesome, right? Thats what I thought UNTIL my boyfriend and I went in to grab some winter boots out of my unit, during which mother nature was pouring rain, and we go to leave and guess what! The gate wont open! He gets out to leave through door that locks to where you cant come back through after it shuts to re enter my passcode in hopes of it opening the gate... NOPE! I finally call the company myself and tell them who i am, make it known I do in fact rent a unit there and that at this point we have been literally stuck within their facility for 15 minutes all of which is pouring down rain and were soaaked now from trying to think of ever plausable way to get out. They help us out, not nicely and then make me stand outside while they make sure their gate stays open so no one else has this problem. Not once have they called to thank me for the help, not once have they offered anything for the poor, poor service I dealt with that day and yet 3 weeks later the gate still remains open! So glad Im paying high dollar to not even have my things properly secured like promised when originally started renting a unit off them.

My storage area was safe, however not having stored stuff before I never thought about mice and rats eating holes through my mattresses and box springs or leaving feces everywhere. In the future please warn people to set traps in their units.

they are so money driven they have forgotten that customers are what make them money and they could care less about customer service after the sale to the point Redbox LLC swore to not start any new accounts
