This location is the BEST! Neal Abrams is the Manager and he has made my life so much easier since the economic declined. I had lost so much and needed to move across the country while leaving most of my belongings behind and in storage. The group at this Public Storage facility (especially Neal) has taken much stress away from my character building cross-country move. In fact, they have done such a good job assisting me that I have left my storage in his care for over two years. Whenever I call Neal he treats me like a friend and I know that everything is okay and that my life belongings are safe and secure under his care. I was exhausted when I arrived and first met Neal. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed and suddenly everything was copacetic and tolerable. Now, I am making arrangements to move to my new home in the mountains and retrieve my storage contents. When I called Neal for help - again he was at my disposal. Thank you Neal - YOU ARE THE BEST! I appreciate all that you have done and recommend your services to anyone and everyone. Manager engagement (Neal) was not admirable. Failure to multitask, could focus only on 1 task at a time and though I was there in the facility the tasks he focused on was not me, I had to wait until he dotted the is on this, made a note about that, return a call to this one and finally he gave me a brochure only after doing all the above tasks. Also with Neal I experienced bait and switch. He initially told me the climate control unit was included in the offering $1 for first months rent, then he told me he was wrong because on the paper he was reading this unit is only 50% off the first month. I left the building furious after that display of unprofessionalism and reserved via the reservation line the last climate control unit available. I was just that desperate, then I had to go back and deal with him again and that was indeed not pleasant. Customer service to me - not admirable. Bait and switch, not professional.

Neal is very friendly and extremely helpful. This was first time renting a storage unit and not only was Neal very informative and thorough, he made sure the unit would fit my requirements and that I had everything I needed. It was a pleasure speaking with him and Ill make sure to continue to do so whenever Im visiting the unit and hes at work. Needless to say I really enjoyed talking to him. The site is clean, neat and safe and listening to him talk about the property I could see that he takes pride in his work. I will recommend this location to any and everyone needing a storage facility and/or to simply smile. In my ten years of public and customer service Id have to say Neal is one of thee friendliest, customer oriented professionals I have come across. It was truly in honor and pleasure. ☺️☺️

LaQuanna is the best! She helped me decide on the best size storage unit for my furniture. Had I not listened to her, I would not have been able to access my belongings so easily. Movers are known to stack items on top of each other in smaller storage spaces. With LaQuannas help, I upgraded to a larger sized unit and am now able to access my items with ease. I would use Public Storage again. Tip: During winter months, make sure you visit your unit regularly to clear the door of snow and ensure that your items did not get wet from seeping water.

Hello. My name is Ron. I am writing this review for my mother and myself. I used this location once. My mother (Maxine) has used it twice (Location 07109). There our experience has always been one of the best! I, believe working with the public is so important(the common courtesy that is given! Mr. Neal Abrams, I must commend. Always trying to work with the customer, being so understanding, does the job so well! One other young lady thats very pleasant, is Tawana, Just needed to take a few moments to say there are yet Good People!

Ive had a couple of experiences at this location. On the first day I signed up I spoke to Neal A., the property manager. He was very knowledgeable and very pleasant. Each time I visit the office, he always has a smile on his face, which makes it a very comfortable environment. Hes always informative, just in case theres something you may not have known about. I like that and also that the property is well stocked and always clean. I would recommend any person thats has a storage need. Thanks Neal A. for a job well done.

This was my first experience renting space with Public Storage, it was made less arduous with the able assistance of the onsite representative Neil Abrams. The multi-multistep and lengthy administrative process was made almost painless with Mr. Abrams clear and precise explanation of each phase of the agreements. The facility itself was well maintained, clean and highly secure both inside and outside. The orderly appearance of the office and storage areas makes the whole process a lot less traumatic.

I had never done business with Public Storage but I can say that if Neal Abrams was not manager of this location, I probably would not be a customer now. He is cordial and hands on with his customers. As a business owner myself, I find him to be an asset to your company. When you gather information and find what you are looking for then Mr. Abrams deserves his recognition. I was on my death bed and he made my business there pleasant.

Great..until this happened. Went to unit today to find that the back gate will be open until the snow/ice melts...Really? So weve left an open way for someone to get in/out with peoples stuff while the snow/ice melts? The manager told me it was against Workman Comp rights for him to remove the snow...Again, Really? Maybe we call a snow plow to remove it? Nope, cannot do that either.

I just recently closed my storage unit after having it for the past 3 years due to house sitting for a year. But will be going back in 2014 to store my dj equipment the property manager there ( Neal ) has always been great to me the whole time of my stay and i appreciate him so much. If you are looking for a great storage place to us well this is the one.

Had a great customer service experience with Patrick and Neal. Both are friendly and do a good job at what they do. The facility is well maintained, clutter-free, and organized. The storage area is well lit and clean. Prices are very reasonable and they are upfront with no hidden fees. I am looking forward to a great stay at Public Storage.

Due to the timing of my closings I needed to come up with a creative solution & Twanna was able to ease my anxiety by explaining my options. This is my first storage experience & I would not hesitate to use them again if the need presents itself.
