Borderline criminal behavior and unwilling to honor their promise. We were quoted a fair price for the storage unit. We were also told that if we presented proof of our homeowners insurance (which we did) that we would avoid paying their monthly warranty fee. Well, I was unable to pay my first bill online because their website wasnt cooperating. I called and had them email my account info to me again. Still didnt work. So I called and asked if I could pay over the phone without having to pay the customer service fee they usually assess for phone payments. The lady agreed, which was great, but guess what was also included on the bill...the warranty fee! I really didnt notice until I received the invoice for the following month, and wouldnt you know it, there is that warranty fee again! So I called the iStorage location to get it cleared up. She removed the warranty fee from the upcoming bill, but refused to credit my account for the prior months overpayment because I paid over the phone! The way I see it, that type of behavior is, at the very least, wildly unethical, and may even be criminal. Edit/Update: I just received a call from a nice lady from iStorage. She apologized for the error and credited my account. Im still dissatisfied with the individuals at the Central Parkway location for their actions, but Im relieved that someone from iStorage (corporate, Im guessing) had enough integrity to make things right.

very clean facility, extremely nice staff, always so helpful an the gentlemen that runs this location is the best you can ask for THE BEST.. I personally want to Thank him for all he has done for us.He is always so friendly.I have used istorage many times now an at this same location an will always return as needed an recommend others to this one as well. :-]

The units are clean as well as the entire facility. Employees are efficient and knowledgeable. I have 2 units and will probably need another one soon. The units are usually full and you need to rent ahead of time or one may not be available. However Decatur Al. has 2 locations within 5 miles of the other which is convenient.

I Love iStorage Decatur - Central Parkway. The staff is always super nice, and easy to talk to.They made getting started easy and always answer my questions. The units are very nice and secure. I also love the location, because they are right nest to the park. Best place in town!

Went to get info on a u-haul at central parkway location lady employee was standing outside of the office smoking and on the phone didnt talk to me or offer to assist me and had a sign on the door saying out of office will return soon
