Have been renting a small unit for document storage for a while now, and I am always impressed with the owner! I checked out units in Franklin, Brentwood and Spring Hill - Port Royal Storage has the best unit for the best price. The area is very easy to get in and out of, and is very safe. All these reasons make it a great place to rent from. The icing on the cake is that the owner is simply fantastic. I had trouble today with our unit, some unstable shelving had fallen and was blocking the door. The owner helped me get in, fix the shelving, and put all the boxes back, all the while smiling and being concerned that I didnt lift heavy boxes. Then came back a few minutes later with a cold bottled water for me while I was getting ready to unload boxes from my car. In this day and age, finding such great customer service is a real gem. Highly recommended!

Rates are good, limited on climate control options and very friendly. Gate access is until 10pm but worth permission could enter later if needed.
