the office staff is great. They are super nice, helpful and friendly. Nothing but good things to say about them. but you can tell "corporate america" has taken over. Ive never had to fill out so many forms in my life to rent a storage building. They wanted my car insurance, car registration, home owners insurance, etc to store items (car and household items). . Prices are also high. $25 paperwork fee. (or whatever you call it) and $120 a month for a 10x20. I just called and "covered storage" for my boat is $137/month. I can keep it in the local "dry storage" Marina where its kept inside protected from freezing and put in the water any time I want for $130 per month, with full service. You call their local phone number and it also goes to a corporate 800 number call desk. This place was a LOT cheaper before it became an "iStorage" franchise. (used to be "The Storage Place). Overall it was a good experience and the office staff was great, and unit was cleane. I just thought it was high prices and too much paperwork.

I had one of the most outstanding experiences in the storage facility. The manager Jeannetta was very knowledgeable of the units very friendly made the move a whole lot easier. She showed us different sizes of units. And offered the merchandise they sell in the store. She was very knowledgeable of the merchandise, and gave us tips on how to properly store items. Ive never been to such a clean facility in the years that I have been to storage facilities. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone . The staff is wonderful, and kudos to the manager Jeannetta for greatest customer service that can be given . Im 100 satisfied customer.

We had a great experience both moving in and out! Staff is super helpful and will work with you as much as possible. We moved out because we didnt need a storage building anymore after we have a new garage. If we need any storage place in the future, iStorage in Decatur is the only place we will use.

Jeannetta was very professional and courteous. The facilities were extremely clean. The office was extremely organized and had Valentines day decorations which I thought was a great touch. Jeannetta explained everything to me and I was in and out in no time. Great experience!
