All of my mothers worldly possessions were in three storage units at the 2230 N. High School Rd.,location for nearly 18 months. During this time I had several occasions to work with Tatiana. She is outstanding. Her caring and professionalism is the reason my family and I chose Public Storage. I hope the powers that be truly known what a gifted and talented individual she is. We will always recommend Public Storage, simply based on the fantastic service Tatiana provided. She is an excellent employee. Thank you so much Tatiana for such good service.

Public Storage at 2230 N. High School Rd has a very friendly, safe and clean atmoshpere. This is my 2nd time using Public Storage (in 2008 and 2014) and at this same location. Tatiana and Cherri were both very pleasant, friendly patient and professional in assisting me with my storage unit and needs. I would gladly recommend a friend or family member to use Public Storage and I will use "Public Storage" again in the future if I needed too. Thank you Public Storage! Time has gone on to long for me to rate PS on High School Rd. I have had a storage there for a number of years. A climate controlled unit. The manager, Tatiana, has been awesome. If I have had a problem; light bulb burned out, door off roller from excessive use, temperature, etc. it is fixed quickly. The grounds are clean. Her service is polite, professional, friendly and caring. She seems to take great pride in her facility and the work she does.

i had a storage unit for two years and i loved it! Tatiana was the best! It was always clean and smelled clean when i was there. she became a star provider for me and i grateful for her patient demeanor and her pride in her job. thank you for my storage needs and i will definitely choose which ever public storage that she is attending! I was helped by Lori. She was very emphatic to my situation and it helped lower my stress level a whole lot. My unit was out west but I had left my key out east so I wasnt able to get in. She did everything she could to help me. I appreciated it. I ended up getting the right key but Id go back if I had to as long as its more employees like her. 5 stars

Tatiana the manager at Public Storage at 2230 N. High School Rd is great to work with. She is friendly and helpful and works very hard at making her customers feel special. Any time I have ever had a problem she has always worked it out quickly. I wish I could get this kind of customer service everywhere I go.

The manager at this location was phenomenal in her service. She did exactly what she stated she would, bomb the storage unit due to insects in next door unit, so that I would be able to move my items into the storage. Im thankful for her concerns and handling my needs with great care.

Simple signup, easy payment, great secure location. Only complaint would be inaccessible after 9pm, because sometimes schedules are hard, but always make it in and out in time.
