I had to upgrade to a 5x10 and the Manager, James was so helpful with this transition. He explained everything clearly with easy. While moving that day from unit to unit, he gave me 2 bottles of water, inwhich I needed because coffee should not have been my drink of choice on a hot day...lol. Thank James for the EXCELLENT service you have provided me to ease with my move!!! keep up the good work!!
