Due to relocations, I have used many different storage facilities in different States for about 20 years. I have been at Simply Self Storage for about 3 years now and I must say that this is (by far) the best storage facility EVER. Not only is the facility itself superior to any other, the local management exceeds all expectations. The staff will bend over backwards to provide the best customer service possible. It is so refreshing to be treated as a valued customer and not just a rented unit to bring in revenue. Come here for your storage needs and you will not be disappointed!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay at SS as they have very clean units, rent month-to-month and have great customer service, and I mean great customer service! However, after not even a year of renting, they (management, not customer service) increased their rates by almost 25% and are starting to charge a $10 fee if you enter before 6am or after 10pm. Although I am very happy there, and as much as I would like to highly recommend them, with such a costly rent increase and the new fee for entry after hours, I unfortunately cannot do so.

Simply Self Storage in Ft. Walton Beach, FL is a great self-storage facility. The staff is efficient, friendly and they return their messages in a timely manner. The facility is clean and secure and their prices are reasonable. We appreciate the military discount. Auto billing makes it easy to do business. Of the places where we have done storage business, this place is the best. We recommend this business and this location.

We have been at this location for about 3 years this time, Amanda is wonderful, she has a warm greeting and a great sense of humor, we never have a dull moment, you would never expect to get entertainment from a store place. Lynne is new, but she is great as well, we tend to rub off on others lol KEEP UP THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, LADYS!!!!!! AND, KEEPING OUR STUFF SAFE

This is the best self-storage facility in Ft. Walton Beach! Amanda and her team are the best! Totally professional and friendly. Facility is always clean and secure. Great prices for units, with discounts for multiple units. Have been a customer for years and will continue to be. If you need storage, either short term or long term, this is the place.

Very friendly and professional! Amanda was able to show us a unit right away, we were given all the costs and fees up front, nothing hidden or explained after the fact. Facility is very clean and no bugs, all inside and protected. We were able to rent a unit the day we walked in. Very happy with our experience, and would definitely recommend it!

There was a payment that was lost in the mail that I was eventually made aware of. After reviewing the information, they were able to reverse the late fees for us. They are always pleasant and very accommodating and the facility is always very clean and pleasant. Amanda and Lynne do a great job and are always super friendly and sweet!

The girls were awesome over the phone. everything they told me was true. The storage facility is kept immaculately clean and pest free when I arrived, the customer service was excellent I wouldnt rent any place else after calling other places on Mary Esther cut off.

Wanted the unit Friday, was told that if I came in on Saturday I would get the first month free, came in on Saturday and a different person said to get the free month I had to be there Friday. Left the building. They would not honor the other persons mistake.
