DO NOT store at this facility! I was promised a FULL return of my security deposit ($35) if I left the unit clean, which I did. A whole month later, I received a check that was MINUS $10. It said "for administration fees"! .Everyone that rents anything KNOWS that a security DEPOSIT is just THAT and needs to be returned in full, and in a timely manner.(They had taken PLENTY of "admin. fees" when I signed up for a unit that cost me well over $200 a month!). They also have a SERIOUS rodent problem that has not been addressed! I had been there only 3 weeks but, half of my cardboard boxes had a hole chewed in the bottom corner and the droppings APPEARED to be mice (I HOPE that it was not something larger but am not sure). They left my newspapers, books and some linens in SHREDS, and it was a huge mess to clean up. BUT, with the "attitude" of the female manager, I just KNOW that this allegation would be denied; although I am sure that I am not the only tenant who has experienced this! ( My lawyer says that they actually owe ME damages, rather than docking my security deposit!) There are many NICE (and more HONEST) companies to rent from in Fort Walton Beach ..... so DO NOT rent here under any circumstances!

Ive rented from these guys several times over the years. They have always worked with me and been helpful anytime I need it. They offer great services and Martha is very kind and knowledgeable. She has gone above and beyond her duties several times when Ive dropped in, even helped out with my fussy baby once. Most units Ive rented from in my past dont even have anyone there- just put the money in a box somewhere. Its nice to stop in and actually see and talk to someone. I highly recommend them out of anyone in this area. They also provide Uhaul services, I have not used but one time I did witness a customer who had used their Uhaul services returning and he seemed pleased with his experience.

Ive been in there several times. Martha is always very pleasant & helpful, goes above & beyond! I highly recommend anyone needing a Uhaul or storage unit to go see Martha!!!
