This place has turned into a nightmare. They had ask amazing property manager named Amy. She went above and beyond for both the property and the tenants. She left for a better job, cant blame her, but by the same token, simply self storage was hiring in new, inexperienced people for more than she was making as property manager. They replaced her with a girl named Katie. In no time the place has gone to pot. Literally and figuratively. The property is a mess, which it was always presentable when Amy was there, the restroom is a disgusting mess. This, Katie, always has her "friends" hanging out there with her. Her son, driving around by himself in the golf cart on the property. I myself have been renting there since the original owner built the place. Since simply self storage took over my rent has more than tripled, and Katie had told me I can expect another raise in my rent within the next couple of months, which will more than quadruple where my rent started from. In a nutshell, simply self storage knows they have you by the short hairs and they are going to abuse their customers to the best of their ability. They put a person in a position of power that only cared about getting her 40 hours, she cares nothing about the job, the property, or her customers. When I have asked to have something, a lightbulb, to be repaired/replaced, she rolled her eyes at me and said yeah, sure.....still not fixed. In the past I have literally paid late fees on top of my rent to avoid going there on the days Katie was working. Now Im forced into a position of having to deal with her. Due to the fact that I have a business and this is where I have my equipment, I have no choice but to stay where Im at for now, but I highly recommend that if at all possible, avoid this place.

Aimee, the manager of this location, is great! From my first call, while I was still in Chicago, until my final day utilizing the storage facility, Aimee was fantastic! She made moving in very easy. Everything was ready for me when I arrived. All I had to do was move my belongings in to my new storage space. The facility gives you the sense of your belongings being secure. Everything was simple concerning payments also. I just stopped by and made my payments, cash or credit card. I never had to wait. Aimee always asked about my dogs, I usually had one or two with me, and wanted to meet them. Aimee was also helpful if I had any questions about the surrounding area. Shes very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, this was a great experience!

This use to be a nice place. Since the last manager left it seems they dont care about keeping up the property. Today 05/12/17 there is a weed that is now over a foot tall in front of a unit. Its more like a tree then a weed. Amy was always outside picking up trash and spraying weeds but the new one doesnt seem to care about the property. This place isnt worth it. A lot of new units are being built nearby and they are cheaper, id recommend going elsewhere. Before the extra money was worth it with the customer service and property upkeep but now its just a rip off

I have been with this place since the day it opened, literally, as advanced stor gard. When simply self storage took over, I was ready to leave. They immediately went through at least 2 managers/on site employees. I figured a large corporation was coming in and only cared about the $$$$. Amy, the present manager convinced me to stay a little longer and see how it worked under her management. Im happy to say, Im still here and would recommend this facility to anyone needing this type of service as long as she is the manager.

Called and reserved a unit. Person I spoke with said I had the unit reserved for 30 days. Email confirmation said the reservation was good for 30 days. Some woman named Katie (sp?) Called me later and said the reservation was only good for 3 days, but the price quote was good for 30. My wife has a unit at Simply Self Storage in Hendersonville and they held it for her for a month. Katie obviously doesnt know company policy or plays games. Either way, shes wrong.

Doesnt matter

Since Aimee left, this place had become a total disgrace. Grounds look terrible, the new manager, Kady, doesnt care about the tenants. Its just a place for her and her friends to hang out. I wish i could post a video that i have of what she was doing. Children riding around on the golf cart. Deplorable. Avoid at all cost.

I enjoy storing my things at simply self storage because their is always someone their I know I can trust, and people with positive attitudes, and I can always count on Katy. She does a great job and I hope she stays their for a long time.

Katy at Simply Self Storage in White House TN was awesome and so accommodating. We were in desperate need for a second unit and she made is possible and gave us a great deal. Exceptional customer service. Great place to store your items!
