I recently secured storage with Cube Smart on Robertson Road in Nashville for my daughter who is a college student there. The need was unexpected but because of the great service at Cube Smart the problem was solved within minutes. My daughter recommended Cube Smart, which I had never heard of. I got on their website via my phone, made a call and was quickly set up with an affordable, flexible and relatively convenient solution which we utilized later that day. I say "relatively convenient" because the facility is about 15-20 minutes away from the Vanderbilt and Belmont campuses, but it is right off I40 west of town and therefore convenient for us coming and going from Arkansas. The people on the phone and on site are very pleasant and helpful. The facility is clean and secure. The leases are month-to-month with a variety of unit sizes which is perfect for college student summer storage. I was very pleased with the overall experience.

Amazing customer service! Julie was very helpful and responsive. The whole process was quick, easy, and efficient. I only needed the unit for one month and they had the best price in Nashville for a large, climate controlled unit. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the storage unit and building (basically brand new) and the location was key being right off the interstate. Will definitely be going to this CubeSmart if I ever need storage again!

The new guy, from Memphis is the shiz-nit, for shizzle, dizzle, rizzle! Superb customer service, knowledgeable, also problem solving skills. THE GUY EVEN KNOWS BE BY NAME and I like never come here... I autopay. My things been here months on end. No rats, no bugs, no smells, and secure. Nice renovations, also well lit. ONE NEGATIVE: They, Extra Space Storage, charges a bit more than the original owners, did when I started.

Have been keeping our stuff here for 2+ years. Today we walked in at 5:29 (office closes at 5:30 on Saturdays), and Brandon was all smiles asking how he could help. When we realized we had forgot our keys he stayed 20 min later to help us out and even agreed to come back the next day despite the fact the office is usually closed. Brandon is super friendly and went out of his way to help us.

We met with Cathy on Saturday 2/11 and we had a great experience. The whole process took about 20 minutes. She was super helpful and a pleasure to work with. She took us to see the unit and it was easily accessible and clean. We were even able to purchase a lock right there at the office which was very convenient. Id highly recommend storage space at CubeSmart.

Great people, very accomodating and pleasant, affordable rates also! Edit 7/13/16: returned from vacation, my vehicle stored here wouldnt start. Julie was AMAZING. She let me hang out in the air conditioned office, picked up lunch for me and found a mechanic nearby to help me out. I just cant say enough about this business!

The entire process of getting my unit was extremely easy. When I needed to push my move-in day back by a few days, CubeSmart was accommodating. Everything we had in the storage space we rented here got ruined. There was mold on everything, small animal feces all over the floor, etc. Total disappointment when we found we had to throw away everything we had paid to store for a year.
