Ive used storage units a lot over the years as they allow one to create better room at home and organize large projects. Devon has a great staff that has always been helpful. The facility is reasonably secure and well maintained. They are part of a bigger corporation that runs their website and that is the only reason a star got knocked off, because the web site is atrocious. Do not do business via the website. Call or go in person to the office. You can often avoid a trip by getting forms emailed to you, print and sign and then scan them and send them back. My experience with the website is that it is very buggy. Everything else is excellent.

My experience has been really great! The associates there are very professional and very helpful! While I hope I dont have to keep my belongings in storage very long, I feel comfortable that everything will be safe there for the duration. I opted for the climate controlled building as I used another storage facility once before (in Hermitage) and all of my things had been damaged due to water leaking in my unit. All of my family photos were wet and moldy. I dont place a lot of value on "things", but old family photos are something that cannot always be replaced.

My experience at Devon Self Storage has been great, so far. Renting my space was fairly painless. Ronnie completed the paperwork and drove me over to show me where and how to access my space. The facility seems secure enough to store my items for a few months.

My experience was great the staff was very friendly and professional I was in and out within 35 minutes my storage space is perfect and I love how security is strictly enforced (cameras everywhere) I only hate that its not 24 hour access!
