The Manager, Karen, did not mention that we we needed to present car insurance papers to pick up the "free" moving truck, and would not admit her mistake later, providing a nasty attitude instead of good customer service. She also threatened to charge us $125 because we forgot a few small things outside on the day we were moving things into the storage. This place is full of hidden fees. The "free moving" truck has a $10 admin fee, as well charging for miles. They believe calling something an admin fee somehow means it doesnt count. They also force you to buy at least $2000 worth of insurance, even though their facility no doubt has its own insurance. We went to UHAUL and didnt need to present car insurance to get a truck. UHAUL also has storage with *optional* insurance. Before CubeSmart took over this facility, a 15x9 cube was only $78/month, now a 10x10 will cost at least $120. Avoid this place at all costs.

Receptionist was nice and knowledgable of her job. I thought that I wouldnt like the indoor storage but it was fine and easy to store items..there was no difference storing items than the outside storage. Plenty of lighting if u have to use storage at night. Good rates compared to public storage and some other storages. They also keep a check on the locks..I didnt have my lock slide over to secure my storage and she called me to let me know that...I was glad about that because I didnt notice I had did that when I put the lock on. This will definitely be my "go to" storage place. Thanks CubeSmart!!!

Well they started well under the new management. I went to get 2 spot for my trucks everything was fine. Till they hire a guy call Shawn or so suppose to be a asst manager he was completely rude doesnt know how to speak to people then he wanted to charge me 210 for a monthly spot that I had recently paid 50 and 40 for (2) spots to park my trucks well Shawn wanted me to payed 210 bucks thats when I realized that he is a thief dress as wolf I will never go there again there is a lot more places to go near by yes Karen is awesome!!! And the other girl okay but Shawn a WOLF dress as a sheep!!!!

Karen and Shawn were so awesome to work with! Prior to getting my unit at CubeSmart I had checked with some of their competitors. When I looked inside the non-climate controlled units, all of them were dirty and smelled like mildew/mold! Definitely did not want to store my things from home in there. Karen took me out to my reserved unit (also non-climate controlled) and it was in SUCH GOOD condition! Very clean, and did not smell! So not only was I impressed with the unit that we got, the Customer Service was on point!!!!

I phoned the young lady at Cube Smart, Rivergate, at noon on Saturday to inquire about availability & prices. She was very helpful. I met my son there 30 minutes later. He is in the orocess of moving to Goodlettsville from Antioch and realized he needed storage space. When we arrived, she had checked out the outdoor and the climate controlled spaces, which she had quoted prices for...took us to view and helped him rent and purchase a lock. He rented and was moved in within an hour. Great service!!

I canceled one of my units but they kept billing me for over ten months. I didnt catch the mistake because I had other storage units with them that they bill me for. They refuse to refund anything and now Ive called 4 times to cancel my other units and they keep billing me and will not refund it. I finally had to report my credit card stolen to get them to stop. Now Ill be having to sue them to get the money back. There are plenty of other storage unit places and Id highly recommend an honest one.

I stored my stuff as I was going through a divorce. I went to pick my stuff out of my locker and when I lost my key. They told me "oh well" called cooperate they did not care. They said Im in a locker that isnt mine. I will take to "take" someone elses stuff.. SO MAD!!! they dont care are RUDE AS HELL AND COOPERATE DOESNT CARE! RUN... YOUR STUFF IS SAFTER UNDER A BRIDGE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT OF PEOPLE WITH DEMENTIA.

Environment was safe and clean and the management (Donna and Michael I believe), were extremely courteous and helpful. Would highly recommend if you are needing storage in the future. Staff is rarely in the office to take calls or accept payments in person (during business hours); especially on a Saturday when 3 people are supposed to be working. Husband had to wrangle employees after 20 minute wait, then attitude from manager. Only good thing, facility with exception of the bathroom is relatively clean. However, if you want actual customer service youll need to go elsewhere.

The best service we had since Cubesmart took over for the previous owners. Very sweet and nice people and very clean and well kept units. Lacy and Karen, took great care of us and explained everything to us in great detail and they were very friendly to me and my daughter! If I had to use another storage unit this will definitely be the company/place I will do it from. Very good pricing.

The facility is clean and very easy for access. The price was in the middle of the local averages, but the security and location more than make up for the slight difference from others with a minimal price savings. Most important to me is the friendly and professional service provided by site manager (Karen.) on the day I was in to set up my rental.
