Theres a lot of things to like about this place, so Id like to first talk about the layout. Its easy to get around in, and maneuver the cart in as well. The loading docks are easy to access especially since there is a lot of space in front of them to park whatever vehicle you want in front. My choice of vehicle was an 11x17 UHaul truck with plenty of room for others to pass by me if need be. Second, the facilities themselves, including the restrooms were very clean and orderly. My unit was dry and devoid of moisture, as it should be in a climat controlled unit and there were no "leftovers" from the previous renter; aka no scraps of paper or packing material or any of that stuff, which is nice cause thatd just make it look messy. Lastly, the people who operate this particular facility have been very helpful and heartwarming people. They have that good ol southern hospitality. All in all, I was very impressed with the unit, and this being my first time renting, I think they set the bar really high. Good show guys.

I rented a larger space at Extra Storage almost a month ago. The ladies were very nice and tried to be accommodating. I asked for the month of free rent as advertised and was told it had expired and they had not had time to take down the signs. I returned more than three weeks later and the many signs for free rent were still posted all along the drive up the hill and could have been removed easily. I called and reserved a space, the day I arrived the entry door was very small for such a larger space and I told Kristen this was a problem. She found one close by with a large door. She said it had just come available. I thought, why didnt I get this one since it was available?? I am sure the ladies are told to be deceitful when renting the spaces. The temperature seems to be hot in the space. The manager says it is 80 degrees in the summer and 65 in the winter. It seemed much hotter. Just so you know what to expect when renting here.

I have moved around the country and stored my personal belongings at many different places including Uhaul and Public Storage; however, Extra Space Storage hits it out of the park. From the second you call or walk in, Patricia and Philip greet you with positive, friendly personalities and are willing to do whatever it takes to have you be satisified. They walked me to my units, explained the security procedures, and even switched my locations so that my two units would be in closer proximity to one another. The facility is extremely clean, free use of carts/dolly, heavily secured so you feel safe at 6am and at 10pm while in the facility. I cannot express more how wonderful of an experience it has been talking and working with both Patricia and Philip. Thank you, Extra Space Storage.

Extra Space Storage is a smile to get you in, but once they have your business they are complete BULLYS. Now that I have a unit with this company I see a different side. They are VERY nosey as to what you have in your unit, and how you use it. Better off going somewhere the "Landlords" dont question your every move, an ask what your doing every time you come in. RUN........... Dont be fooled by cheap prices, and friendly talk! Smile in your face for your business, Up in your business as soon as you get in. I would leave if I hadnt moved my things in already. Cheap, but not worth the trouble!!!! Or the UGLY behavior of its personal.

I shopped multiple storage facilities in 37209. Extra Space was a tad bit higher priced than the competition, but it was well worth it. The facility is clean, secure and welcoming. The security cameras, lighting, and staff security checks made me fell secure about storing my belongings with them. The best part about the Charlotte Pike Extra Space experience is Patricia Jones, Store Manager. Her warm, friendly, down-to-earth approach is coupled with a razor sharp focus on customer service. You can genuinely tell she has a passion for what she does and cares about the well-being of the items stored at her facility. Shes a delight.

Where oh where to begin?! Lets talk about the customer service! Miss Patrica Jones blows the customer service out of the water. Her friendly, curtious demeanor rocks my socks right off! Verionica also mind blowingly helpful as well. These ladies make you feel like you belong, not just a faceless customer. Ive peraonally witnessed calling people by their names without even looking them up! I know, impressive right? The facility is VERY clean, well kempt, ventilated, and secured by top notch security. Id like to boast more however, coming in will speak for its self!

This is the place to store your valuables! Ms. Patricia delivered ULTIMATELY SUPERIOR customer service. When we arrive we were 100% sure what space we needed and she was thorough and patient and spent about an hour in a half with us to answer all of our very many questions and go back and forth to view what options we wanted to move forward with. I will definitely recommend this storage facility. It is nicely renovated and in a level location. You dont meet people that often that genuinely care but when you meet Ms Patricia you are encountering a gem!

Patricia Jones, the store manager of the Charlotte Pike location in Nashville, is very dedicated the the facility and her clients. Always helpful and always personable. She has been the face of Extra Space Storage for us and it has been a pleasure to work with her. The building always feels secure, clean and safe. We have felt confident in keeping our things at this Extra Space location. Thank you!

I have used a number of self storage units in my time. This one is definately TOP SHELF. Very friendly staff - Carrie (store manager) could not have been nicer. Very helpful and thorough through the rental process. Got a great monthly rate (which included 1st month free and they waived the admin fee) so, I walked out without owning them a dime. Very clean facility and extremely convenient setup. All units are indoors! Wow! Not 24 hour accessable, but they do allow you until 10PM - which works just fine for me.

The location manager Patricia and her minions. Are very difficult to do business with. Patricia is unfit to deal with the general public. Very rude and a nasty to everyone. The district manager is also to blame because you know he allows this behavior. If she treated myself and her staff this way then you know she treat others the same. I had to call the Nashville metro police to keep the peace because Patricia is very mentally unstable. Im calling for her firing and possibly the gm since he allowed this action.

Seriously- what a relief to have found Patricia at Extra Space Storage! Between 3 moves, floods and mold inspections I have not only needed a storage space, but the size keeps changing! Thank you Patrica for finding me temporary solutions while monitoring the site for my long term solution! When life is throwing you curve balls and the and stress is mounting, it is a tremendous relief to have someone in your corner you trust is looking out for you! Thank you Extra Space, and most importantly thank you Patricia!
