I went to Public Storage needing a storage unit being as I was in the process of moving from my home. I got there at 5:50 and they close at 6:00 PM. The Manager Jayzette was professional and allowed me to rent the unit even though they were supposed to be closing soon and had to stay after hours to get it done.She made great suggestions on boxes and bubble wrap to aid my packing. I really appreciated the help and professionalism that I was shown. I definitely recommend this storage facility for anyone in the Nashville/Madison area that is needing storage.

I am writing this review for my good friend Chris Crockett. He raved on the service provided by the Public Storage staffers Angie and Misty; greeting him with smiles as soon as he walked in and answering all his questions and concerns in a friendly, professional manner. In the end, he had no worries that his belongings would be properly and securely cared for in this facility. With such high recommendations from him, I thought they deserved to be shared with anyone else looking for a place to storage their belongings in the future.

Brittany Parker was amazing!!! I have never rented a storage unit, and she was so incredibly helpful! I am in a very difficult situation, and she was nothing but kind and considerate. The computer system was down too so she was having to do a million things at once, yet she managed to make sure every customer was taken care of and satisfied. She is an expert customer service representative, and I will be sure to send my friends and family to this location in the future because of her. (:

Ive been searching for storage for 2weeks,Ive finally a place thats affordable, and friendly staff. I had a pleasure working with Brittany. She helped me by telling me how to store my things,offered protection(expensive),and she helped me load boxes into the storage.
