Specifically made a reservation for 1 p.m. by U-Haul. U-Haul did not guarantee the reservation nor did their background on the local facility for my truck. This put me back greatly and cost me regarding my own job. When I called to complain they got rude with me and said it was my fault for arriving early out of respect to be on time for my appointment. Yet they dont honor their agreement. And I would not do business with someone who treats their customers this way. There are too many competitors out there today and you want those whose businesses stay open and dont close for an hour and a half or two hours for lunch and then not tell the customer and waste his time

I rented a cargo van for a move, then moved into a self storage unit indoors at U-Haul in Madison TN. The staff was extremely helpful, walked me through self-storage, gave me the proper information to calculate miles-per-gallon for a precise re-fill before returning the van. The facility was easy to use, is very secure and even included carts. I had to move an office with 2 days notice to storage and the Madison U-Haul team from management to housekeeping made it a breeze. Charges at the point of return were accurage, no surprises, and very easy to handle with either cash or debit card. Review by Ron Hall, Nashville, TN.

I had two one-way rentals in one month, and I used the free month of storage with the first one. When I went to apply the second free month from the second one-way rental, the manager said Id have to empty out everything from the one unit and put it in a second unit. The net result is getting the U-Haul guaranteed free month of storage, but it would be a huge pain for me, the customer. Brooklyn, the manager, didnt seem to care and then hung up on me. I wouldnt recommend using this facility.

The manager Brandon Jones is rude. We politely asked him to move two of the uhaul vehicles to access my sisters storage unit and no one even came to move the vehicles. When asked a second time, he said he would personally move the van and truck. He never did. This was not a busy work place the whole time we were there. He was rude and unapologetic. Cant wait to get all of my sisters stuff moved and never deal with this location again.

I placed a moving supply order online and then went to the store to pick it up. I waited several hours before going to pick my items up though it was a same day pickup. Once I got there they had to print my order and collect each item. Other than that, it was a great experience. They were as quick as possible and loaded my car for me. Very nice. If it had been ready when I arrived, it would have been 5 stars.

The guy who installs hitches, is horrible. Makes you feel like your stupid from his eye rolling and does not know how to treat customers, he should find another job. Also questions you like you have no idea what your talking about only because he doesnt know a thing about hitches. Very rude person and I would not suggest this U Haul because of this guy!! many others out there !!

The older guy is a little weird, didnt understand online reservations booking... I reserved online, went in, placed IDs on counter, stated my name and reservation number and he became upset after I questioned why he was asking me all the info again IN my reservation, another guy came and took over completion and everything was basically smooth after that.

Awesome! I dont have a clue what the negative reviews are about, but everything was nice here. The checking in of the truck, the returning of unused boxes, the returning of the mats, and the payment process. All of it was handled well. Great job Madison U-Haul!

These guys saved me when I was having trouble with my trailer wiring. Brooklyn jumped under the truck and found exactly what was wrong. Another Uhaul location basically told me "sorry, come back when its fixed." She totally saved me that day. Thank you guys!
