Since my Post on March 5, 2011, I reached the owner of Mallory Station Storage and I do not believe he had been aware of my previous issues at all. But once he found out, he had Janet call me. She was on top of it immediately and found out the problem and offered to give me a refund, which i asked for a Store Credit instead. As I stated on March 5th, I have purchased thousands of dollars of furniture from this company and can always find the best deals at their locations! I own four businesses myself and have found that the people handling the phones and the front desk are not always the best at communicating to the proper management the situations of the customers. However, Janet is the shinning star in this situation and once again i am off to spend thousands more at their stores. A Very Happy Camper!

The place is a rip off. Bought furniture from the consignment store, then they sold the stuff before I picked it up.. my mom in the hospital and rehab so couldnt get it in 3 days. No phone call to tell me that they were going to do it!!!!!!! so the double dipped on me! And it was hundreds of dollars worth of furniture, plus the fact that i have spent thousands in this place. I think this really should be illegal.

Ive been in this location 3 separate occasions, three different years. Each visit staff is rude for no apparent reason. Horrible customer service skills.
