I called and held w unit everything went great went to the location with my firsr truck load and did all paper wrk and explained what i had to store we wss closing our buisness and opening in a new locatiom and needed the unit for a few days a week at most . explained wht we had so we could figure out the size . after we get everything in a 9 ton car lift a tirr machine wheel balancer and tires . after everytging was in the lady xame and said im sry i didnt kno but the tires will have to go . after hours of unloading we had enough i explainef we told u wht was going in and she knee but manager said thry couldnt after employee said we could i told her shef have to give us another day well it took us 2 days i recieved a call from sherry one of the managerd s very rude on voicemail she left i called idk how many timed to let her kno we waw coming.in a hour or 2 we finally got therr to load tired up and we see a lady walking yo us and says o thts all tht wss in there just tires i explained i wanted to speak yo manager bc i recieced a nasty voicemail she said yea it was me i was like so u dont have enough respect to at least return my calls her excuse was ive been to busy to return ur calls . but yet u can step out side and make comments to us and text and smoke but u couldnt return a call ??? noone at this loaction would answer any of my calls or etc . all,she did was laugh in my face she then locked the door before her closing time bc i had ask for the complaint number . i waited at door and she was laughin when she came to unlock the door . idk whats funny ?????? im a customer and im a buisness owner of multiple stores this not the customet service u gove to someone thats renting from yall . i will be sure to let anyone that asks me know that i wouldnt recomend u . thanks again for ur not so,womderful customer service .

I called the main number and I have a unit on hold. I have called and left 3 messages for the manager at that location to call me, so we could set up a time for me to rent & move my stuff in the unit for tomorrow. Which I was told calling the day before would not be an issue to contact them. Needless to say No One has returned my call. I called the main number again stating no one will return my calls and they said they would contact manager to advise them to call me. I kindly told her "Thanks but no thanks" Because business hours are stated, this is poor customer service and I shouldnt be having issues renting a Unit. I also advised that the reviews on this location; several stated about calling, leaving messages and calls are never returned. Also I seen on reviews that rates are increased quiet often. Right now Public Storage is having a Labor Day Sale on 10X20 for $86.00 mo. (regular rate is $172.00... that is a good deal) BUT main office could not give me a fixed rate of $86.00 mo for any time frame. (6 months, 8 months or 1year) They stated this could increase at anytime. I asked "This means I could rent a unit and get a increase of $35 to $40 dollars as soon as 3 mos of renting a unit, right?" and the answer was YES that is possible. So, this doesnt sound much of a Sale to me when your rate can increase from $86.00 to $174.00 at anytime. I will be taking my business else where.

Absolutely horrible. Nice staff but terrible at their jobs! Gate was broken on the day I was helping my friend to move out of her apartment and into storage. They were only allowing access during office hours 9:30-6pm, which is understandable. However, day 2 of the gate being broken I end up sitting outside the gate with movers and a bunch of other customers waiting to get into their units for hours past the posted office hours. No one has showed up to fix the gate or open the office. There isnt even a note as to the reason for the office not being open during normal hours. Having no access to a unit that is costing 210 dollars a month and paying movers to wait around for hours is not acceptable. There is also no easy way to get ahold of people at corporate to remedy the situation. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

I began renting a unit yesterday and had a wonderful experience with Paula. I let her know that I was somewhat in a hurry to get it all done before work, and she very politely got me through the process as quickly as possible, while still explaining all of the paperwork and details. It took no time at all, and I was very pleased with the size and location of my unit! Clean place with a welcoming atmosphere and helpful staff! Deserves more than 5 stars

Do not rent from them I repeat do not rent from, they go up on there prices anytime they want without n clear explanation, they also add u necessary fees n clauses so they can be able to auction off your property, worst place I have rented fronted, n extremely high n not worth the hassle

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!! After only a few months of renting they made our rent go up by $35 per month with almost no notice! They never answer their phones and dont return phone calls. They are a bunch of scammers!
