The facilities are very clean and appropriately priced for their size. A site manager lives on the grounds providing an extra level of comfort. The only issue? The parking lot can be a little tight to get in and out of. As a special shout out, Alex was wonderful and incredibly helpful. I was on the fence about where to store, but she was literally the determining factor at point of sale. The first night, in the dark, and moments before closing, she replaced a lightbulb which we had broken. She continues to check in from time to time to see if theres anything that I need. A little over a month later, Ive dealt with Courtney a few times. Shes cheerful and a pleasure to be around. Either of these women can help you out, just ask and they are happy to change plans mid-course!

Alexandra was such a professional. I needed a unit quickly and was totally flustered and stressed out about trying to coordinate the details of a rather sudden relocation. She had a kind, knowledgeable and calming presence in the midst of a truly chaotic day (which I really appreciated). I left Public Storage thinking to myself, "well, at least that part of my day went really smoothly". Id inquired previously at two other places earlier in the week and the service was lazy or hostile; I didnt want to deal with blatantly unfriendly people so I didnt give them my business. Thank you Alexandra, you have some truly excellent customer service skills!

Dont be fooled by these other ratings. This facility is very old & some of the units have not been taken care of. I rented a unit last month, filled it with my belongings. When I returned 2 weeks later I discovered there was a serious roof leak. Half of my storage was standing in water!! The manager assured me they would have maintenance fix the problem. Several days passed.. She said things were fixed. It was not fixed, if anything it was made worse! Im now having to rent another truck, out this months rent for a leaky storage, & moving to another storage facility. Because they didnt have any other units available.

I have been searching for best price for storage that was close to me. This site fit the bill and received an excellent on-line price discount. Alexandra was the representative at the Public Storage that got me set with the space. Very pleasant and nice to work with, thanks Alexandra. I had to enter my storage unit and had problems getting it open, the staff there were helpful and easy to work with. I really appreciated their support in getting that darn lock off the door. They notice there was a problem with the latch and advised they would get it fix. Good storage unit location to store your items.

Theresa is the best employee that Public Storage has by far. Her customer service and professionalism is incomparable. Everyone knows how expensive it could be to store your things; but, I must say that having good people who show respect and courtesy like Theresa makes me feel better about having to pay my monthly bill and gives me assurance that my things are at the right place. This is the best storage facility I have ever dealt with. When I showed up with two U-Haul trucks, tow dolly and car, Alexandra went above and beyond in helping me get into a unit, plus worked with me and my movers in getting a place to off load my car and tow dolly in order to start unloading the trucks. She is a very professional and polite lady and I wish I could give her more than 5 stars.

I would like to let Public Storage know that your property manager at this facility,Theresa, is not only a professional within her business but is friendly and helpful as well. I was in the property office as she was helping another customer, and she quickly assessed the customers needs and promptly offered solutions. It is a pleasure to watch someone who enjoys her work as much as Theresa does.

My experience with Public Storage was great. I was a little skeptical, but the website was quick and accurate. When I arrived to sign the lease, it was already filled out and ready to go very quick and easy.I was able to move my things in the next week. Very easy and convenient! Thanks Kathleen Engelhardt

I was over charged twice, once in December and again in February, had issues getting my money back from them. Its hard to reach the general manager and customer service give me the wrong number for the general manager. They had a drug bust there and it was on the local news, I moved out that same month.
