Definitely and nice storage place. However, the pricing and cost for storage...ie...say a 10×10 is OUTRAGEOUS! $150 a month. This goes way beyond price gouging. You can go 25 miles north into Franklin KY and get the same quality for a $100 less a month. And theyre more than happy to have you as a customer because they feel their prices or well above the norms for profitability. Buy raining here you pay $100 more a month and youre most likely to get field mice in your storage containers as I did and their insurance is worthless because it wouldnt cover it.. Look elsewhere

Ive been renting a unit here for nearly 4 years and each year the price increases due to new management or insurance reasons and a letter is sent out. I originally got a very great deal so thats why I continue to use this location, but now their prices are not much better than any other storage facility. I have a unit that is protected from the elements in a heated and cooled area throughout the year so all of my items have been safe, secure and in great condition.

The facility and local office personnel are great; however management wont keep their committments. The previous management team promised that if we paid for a full-year in advance that they would offer one free month of rent at our current rates. The new District Manager wont honor this agreement, even though the local site manager and previous District Manager had already agreed to this DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THAT THEY SAY!

I always feel welcome when I step inside this place. The manager is so sweet and kindhearted. She made the process so easy and really took care of my needs. I enjoy seeing her smiling and pleasant face every time I go into the office.
