so I go into this place that I have seen for many years but never needed their services. 1st off the place is absolutely gorgeous, clean, and well taken care of. Secondly the manager Tammie is absolutely AMAZING!!! The units, the grounds all match her personality and spirit. Tammie was so awesome it didnt even matter how much the units were monthly I wasnt going anywhere else. When you find a place that has A-1 customer service price is not an object. This place should be called Tammies Storage Facility. Thanks for being great A+ and Tammie you ROCK

I just want to say, Thank You to Tammy . Its becoming more and more difficult to find friendly, kind, courteous, knowledgeable customer service these days. Tammy helped me in every way. She answered ALL my question (and I had a bunch) with a smile. Took me out and showed me the types of units I was considering. I visited 2 other facilities before coming to A+ and the reason I choose A+ was, the cleanliness and customer service. As a new resident to Tennessee, this has been a great start!!! Our family is new to the Nashville Area and we needed storage until we closed on our house. I had no prior knowledge of what size unit we needed. Tammy took time to go to the units and assist with the correct size we needed. Tammy was very professional and provided excellent customer service on every encounter with her. Customer service of this caliber should be recognized as excellence. If we ever need storage again we will return to A+ to have Tammy service our needs.
