I rented a 10 x 20 climate controlled storage unit. It is so dark that I cant see what is in the back half. And, I have all the same brand of clean boxes and some furniture. The air conditioning is turned up high so you can barely feel it. The hallways have bugs and debris from the long corridors you have to walk to get to your unit. When you go to the office, the manager always has a sign on door "be back and a time." You try and call and always get a call center. This past week, one of the units two doors down has a drummer inside it playing so loud that my husband cant even hear me say a word right in front of him. This has happened twice in the last 5 days around 1pm! The manager never told us that bands rent space and can play any time of the day! After 30 days, we are moving out. I had rented before when it was owned by another company and it was pristine. Thats why I used it again to remodel my bedroom. I would absolute not recommend this place. The only reason I have it two stars is because it is located close to my home,

Jessica hooked me up initially with a storage unit and she was awesome. However, after 5 months, I received in the mail a notice staying that they have RAISED MY MONTHLY RATE BY $7.00! I checked the lease and "hidden" within it is a statement that says they can "change the rate at their will with a 30 day notice in the mail" and there is nothing you can do about it. I was NOT verbally informed of this clause. Its upsetting to me because Im on a fixed budget. Also, dont be late a couple of days or they will charge you an additional $10 late fee. Lastly, if you pay online, itll cost you an extra dollar! I find these practices shady and not use friendly! :(

My name is Caleb and this place is one of the best places Ive ever rented a unit from and Ive rented from multiple different companies. Brittany at the front desk was nothing but helpful and genuine with her customer service to me and the other patrons who would walk in while I was there. She made it a really easy process to get a unit and an even easier process to wrap things up when I was ready to collect my things. No hidden fees or dishonesty that I experienced whatsoever. I will most definitely recommend SSS to any and all friends from Nashville to use them when needed. Thank you guys I really appreciate the great experience!!

Simply Safe Awesome!!! Great staff, pricing, and location. Easy access with plenty of room to fit trucks and trailers in with ease. Every unit we looked at before deciding on size was clean and the facility seemed to be well organized. Would recommend this locale to everyone if you enjoy great customer satisfaction.
