Walked in the first week of Feb and had a wonderful experience. My husband and I are moving to Tn and stopped at this facility to check the prices and sizes on units. The manager Bobbie was very helpful. She showed us the units and also gave us the prices and explained the gate system and hours we would be able to access our unit. She was polite and explained everything thoroughly. The property is clean, the office was clean and Bobbie made us feel very welcomed. Thank you Bobbie for taking the time to show us the property and the unit size we would need.

The store manager, Michelle, was fantastic! We moved from Ohio to Tennessee on one of the hottest days of the summer. She went above and beyond to answer our questions on the phone and help us find the right sized unit for our belongings. She delayed her lunch break because we were on our way. She even checked on us and brought us ice cold water when we were sweating like crazy.

I had a wonderful experience! Michelle was friendly, and made the entire process very easy. The facility was clean, and Michelle was kind enough to show me the size of the unit I was renting, take me to my unit so I could find it easily the next time, and direct me to the back exit gate to make it easier to get out. All while I toted around my 6 month old!
