The manager is slow. Potentially has downs. Maybe mentally retarded. Even if paid in full he will still red lock your stuff. Plus the whole area is full of brown recluse spiders. They are very irresponsible and the manager lives hours away. If you need anything goo3d luck. They locally dont care about customer service. I will be moving out shortly. If I have any more problems I will schedule an appointment with the dumb manager that needs to be replaced by someone competent. There was no real way to leave less than 1 star. The good reviews are there because if you are late they will waive the late fee for a good review. Previous owners were awesome.

Bad customer support and not safe/secure. Had a 10x30 - 2 door storage. Went to retrieve belongings and noticed someone cut one of my locks off, piece of lock metal on the ground, and it was replaced with a Red Dot red lock. When I discovered and questioned, Red Dot said they didnt cut the lock off, and was not their problem. Only other option was a thief They saw lock was missing and put one of their red locks on, but never notified me. Said they never notified me because my other door lock was still on. Seriously?!?! Now I get to try to discover if anything is missing.

Reserved online, very easy. Reservation was completed through a kiosk outside of the facility & very easy. Unit was clean when arrived. So far so good. I would recommend Red Dot Storage.

We have had our items in storage here for about a year and a half. Never an issue. Facility is clean and maintained. Easy to access and online payment options are convenient.

Poor customer service. Dont pay with check at the machine out front. Wouldnt get credit for payment. And they will put a Red Lock on your door....
