Tried moving our goods from another facility to this one as part of a military move. Extremely rude to my wife on the phone and completely unhelpful, REFUSED to work with us on a move which had to be scheduled weeks in advance. A simple "sorry, we dont know when a space will be available" would have sufficed. Might not beat them on price but with customer service like this Ill take my business elsewhere.

A last minute decision to rent a truck to move our tables, chairs and tents for a fundraiser could have been hectic.
