Teri Farley is wonderful! She showed me available units, and I found one I liked. But I decided to look at another facility before committing, and someone rented it that afternoon. I was sad about it, and went back to see Teri. Gave her my card and asked her to let me know if something else came up. She called two days later to let me know that the unit I had wanted was available again (since the renter chose to swap for a larger one). She made my week! Very professional and personable - Teri is definitely an asset to the company!

Mr. James rocks! He was very kind and professional. He ensured that I had enough storage space. He knew what day I was coming to finalize my storage. I was running late due to the traffic, but he had all of my paperwork ready. I appreciate all of his assistance. Also, when Erica called and I needed assistance when I was on site, she was ready and willing to help. If needed, I would definitely use Public Storage again due to the great customer service provided by Mr. James and Erica!

Public Storage East is a very great place for storage . The customer service is very outstanding. Mrs. Erica Dancy explained everything about my storage and made me feel as it was home for me . I felt very comfortable with my items been stored by the company. She is very intelligent and outgoing when dealing with Public Storage customers . Our customer representative Quenteria aka Teri was okay, but she has a very nasty attitude! I advise everybody not to use this particular storage, due to the fact that they have rats and roaches really bad. I have a unit there and my boxes were eaten through from rats and she sneaked and put rat poison in there so I wouldnt find out. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! YOU WILL DEFINITELY REGRET IT TOTALLY!!!
