Apparently the customer service has been outsourced. You wont always get someone in the actual office. There is an option to speak to a customer service rep, but they can not help you reach someone in the office beyond taking a message, and that option is offered when you call the office, anyway. Outsourcing or routing calls to a central office is never good business! Be careful of fees; late fees and also lien fees. A big issue is that if you owe say two months, you can not just pay one month to keep yourself from going into lien because the system doesnt accept partial payments. A company who will not take your money is not doing good business, in my opinion. Sure, customers are responsible to keep up with payments. In the real world, it doesnt always happen that way. I have managed two state of the art storage facilities and being flexible and working within a customers means is the number one way to establish a good reputation with the community and of offering genuine, high quality customer service. I recommend Florence Rd Storage in Smyrna. I do not and have not ever worked for them. Family run, very modern and they accept your money.

Manager is unethical, unscrupulous, and attempted bully . Had a late night drop off and 1-800-U-Haul told me to leave rental at this exact location. I left rental as instructed and took pictures. The next morning this manager calls me demanding i move rental to a different location. Thinking that I did screw up I called 1 800 U-Haul back and they informed me not to worry about it and that this manager was supposed to move it himself. I call this manager back and told him 1 800 U-Haul said that the moving of the rental was between him and U-Haul not me. He got mad and threatened me with more charges of not leaving it at the correct location. I told him he was misinformed and to call U-Haul himself. A few minutes later charges were made against the rental agreement saying a clean-up fee was being charged against me. Good thing I took photos proving he was a liar a cheat and a fraud. I had to call U-Haul to straighten him out.

Rented a unit last week, wasnt looking forward to high prices. Brittany was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable in getting me in the size I needed for a great price. She was patient with my decision making and also made the paperwork process a breeze. I look forward to using my unit and if i ever need help I will be sure to ask for Brittany.

This facility is in a great location, and is very clean, well maintained and monitored. They were helpful and reasonable as I moved in my unit. Would highly recommend to a friend.

Clean, very friendly staff. I have had a unit there for over a year and the price went up from 83 to 100 for a 10 by 5, climate control and that is one of the main reasons left.
