We have rented heated/air conditioned storage space at A+ in Providence for nearly 5 years. We started off with 2 units, across the aisle from each other, when the movers dropped off our boxes. As we moved into our new house, we decided to downsize and keep just one unit to store our off-season items (especially holiday decorations we didnt want to make space for in our very small home) and some of our photos we rotate in and out as we need to. We have always had very friendly service, starting with managers Stephanie (and sometimes Joe) Tharpe and with Ashley Dawn. They greet us with a friendly smile and/or hug. We like to pay in person each month and get a chance to visit before dropping things off or taking stuff home. The office is clean and inviting usually with coffee and a restroom available. The storage areas are also clean-looking. Whenever we need to spend time in our unit, sorting out, there is always pleasant background music and pretty good lighting just outside the roll-top door. The only thing that would make it a perfect experience, would be having an overhead light INSIDE the unit so we wouldnt be in our own shadows, but that would just add to the expense of having an "extra room" not far from home. Its nice not having to climb stairs, for us seniors!

To claim I received excellent customer service at A+ Storage Providence would be a grievous understatement. The service was beyond what any person would expect to receive not just in this day and age but in any day and age. Due to emergency circumstances I needed to move my belongings to storage and I had very little time to operate. After contacting A+ Storage Providence online I was promptly back. Even though I could not get to the location until after closing the staff member waited for me to arrive and proceeded to walk me through the rental process, answering questions I had and making sure I would get the proper size unit for my needs. I never felt rushed or pressured at any point and this was on the employees own time. I never write rating online but with this service I received I could not pass this up. I wish all businesses operated at least close to the service level of what I experienced here. The only reason I am giving A+ Storage Providence 5 stars is because they don’t offer 6. Alright so let me start off by how awesome it was to just be greeted with a warm smile from Mary. I came in here a few days ago and I knew of it from previous relationships and knew this would be a great place to store my stuff. I got a 10x10 and feel blessed to have my stuff here. Ive not met the rest of the staff just yet but Im sure theyre all marvelous!! Thank you all for being inspirations for others to do right by one another. Im a little delayed in getting this on the reviews but life can be busy. Have an awesome week with lots of smiles!!

This is my first storage unit; I was not looking forward to renting one 6 months ago. Ive been very pleasantly surprised with my experience. The facility has always been clean, secure, well lit / marked with signage, and reasonable. A+ gets 5 stars from me because the customer service is outstanding. The manager, Ashley, is excellent at communicating everything up front. Account and billing info, access to my unit, storage guidelines, etc. were all explained very well. I havent had any questions or issues. Thank you!

The Manager, Ashley, was friendly, prompt (I got there early), efficient, professional, and knowledgeable about her units so she picked the right size to accommodate me. I understood all the conditions and requirements to rent the 10x10 unit.

Michelle has been fantastic and walked us through every step of renting our first storage locker. Could not have had a better experience. Would recommend this location because it is clean, convenient to the Mount Juliet area, safe, and the site manager Michelle has been so helpful and easy to work with.

Customer Service is top notch! The facility is beautiful! Very safe and clean! Complimentary Coffee and Water in the office along with Free Wifi. Climate controlled units available too! You will be impressed!

Overpriced, if you dont want to pay for a "free" bottle of water or a fancy office go to U-Stor- It on Central Pike or Gladville storage on Stewarts Ferry. Both are much cheaper.
