I had a wonderful experience with Windy F. at this public storage. She was incredibly knowledgeable and detailed. She always took care of me if I had a problem or concern, which was rare because they do a great job taking care of there customers. I needed some moving supplies and she helped with that as well. And trust me when I say those are some very well made boxes. Worth paying for them at least. My unit was a perfect size and the property is keep up well. I highly recommend this storage facility and location to anyone in need of one. Windy will definitely take care of you.

I rented this storage place for almost three years. I was treated like a lying thief every time I went there. I as that they schedule my move out date for the 31 of Oct on the 1st of Oct and it was never scheduled and when I schedule it online it still shows I owe rent for a month that I will not even be there. This place is a scam. My unit started out at 89 a month and when I moved it was around 150. The staff is completely rude and no one ever wants to help you, they just want more money.

This is the worst place to store property. The whole place is built on steps. Every door is on a step. This makes it difficult to drive to your door. A truck has to be on the next step making the distance from the floor to the back of the truck a whole step farther. The truck or car will jolt even if you drive slowly. Also, they jacked up the already high price by $20 per month - no way to contest this. My advice is find a place that is flat so you can drive up easily.

I had the best experience of my life at this public storage , not only is Ms Tiffany B beautiful , she is also very very sweet and a absolute blast to talk to. I feel very comfortable around Tiffany B she is absolutely amazing at what she does and has wonderful customer service. I think she deserves a massive pay raise, she is so worth it. A great asset to the Public Storage facility. Thank you once again Tiffany B , we appreciate you so much.

After a terrible experience with another storage place, Bonnie saved the day for me and my family. I have to drive a little bit longer now, but for exceptional customer service, Im willing to use the extra gas. I think this Public Storage location and their amenities are top of the line, and I feel comfortable storing my belongings there. I look forward to working with Bonnie again. Its nice to go into a retail establishment and be greeted with a smile and someone who is willing to help me out with all my questions. I was moving and needed a place to store all of my garage stuff. I searched around and found the $1 first month deal and took advantage of it. I worked with Amanda and she was super helpful and got me everything I needed and worked quickly to get me in and out. It was a great experience. Best price I found in the Mid TN area.

4 stars is based off the facility/site not the staff. Staff was friendly, quick, and efficient. The drives between the units are very narrow so two large vehicles cannot pass each other but a smaller car and truck can....just not and (250 and an F350

The storage unit is ok.. First time I opened it up a week after I stored my things there there were cockroaches all over crawling. But the worst part is.. If you dont have a truck DONT GO in there..the mounds they have will tear the bottom of your car up..

Love the customer service!! I only need a unit for about 3-4 months out of the year and they are always so friendly and helpful. Wendi is top notch when it comes to customer service. She had me in and out with my unit in less then 10 minutes!!!
