I love Chick-fil-A, the kids love Chick-fil-A. Always fun. Food is very good and we enjoy the Christian music that we know playing. Its the same songs from church but without the words. Only complaint is that their portion sizes are small. I ended up ordering 2 meals. :) One sandwich combo and a cobb salad. I guess Im bigger than average, but about the only place Ive ever ordered 2 meals. ;)

We stopped by for lunch just today, 5/19/15. As we walked up to the door the place was absolutely packed. I knew we were about to be in a sat state. I was never more wrong. We ordered right away, got our food quick, refills on the way out and the food was fantastic. Staff was friendly and the place was VERY clean. Its like perfectly ran chaos. Top notch work!!!!

Service Friendly but food delivered cold in Drive Thru. Sandwhich under Cooked and tough. Talked to regional Manager to express displeasure and after conversation individual seemed upset that I wasnt happy. I was told to bring food and reciept back to replace ; I guess theyre gonna replace gas as well.... I will not eat there again!!!!!!

Standard Chick-fil-a but they are very efficient and fast in the drive thru. Unlike some Chick-fil-a restaurants Ive been to, this one has people directing traffic around the building to help keep everyone moving. Inside is usual crazy crowded madness, but its good fast food. Indoor play area for kids under 6 is nice too.

Probably the best fast food in Plainfield. Customer service is EXCELLENT, staff is always extremely friendly. If youre going to get lunch and really in a rush try to park and go inside, but even the drive through which is ALWAYS packed is a relatively short wait compared to other "fast food" in town.

I NEVER take the time to do a review but this place is worth mentioning. Amazing service and food. Everyone in there has a smile on their face and is very friendly. Even during peak hours they keep right up and never make you wait. This place is what other chains should strive to be. Love it!

This place is always packed, and for good reason- Delicious affordable moist chicken sandwiches. Its been a winning recipe for Chik fil a. This Chik fil a gets really busy but the employees move the line along pretty quick and frying up chicken is fast.

The cashier got my order wrong. I had to re-pay for what I had already ordered to get the amount correct. I wanted to kill her for taking so long. It was alright aftet getting adjusted. I feel like I got shoryed for what was even to negin with.

Good food good family atmosphere! Service is always excellent and with a smile. Just a few of the reasons why the store is always crowded and the drive-thru lines up all our the way around the store. Despite being crowded food is good and fast.

Mouth watering chicken that is golden brown and the honey sauce packets are great too! The breakfast sandwiches are good and so are the regular chicken sandwiches with honey mustard sauce. The lemonade is freshly squeezed and delicious.

The staff at the Plainfield chick-fil-a have always been the best. Ive never had issues with my orders, the service has always been responsive, and the food has always been great. For a quick lunch or breakfast it is a worthwhile stop.
