The cashier was wonderfully cheerful, well dressed and made eye contact each time she looked up at me. She took my order with a smile and made me feel comfortable for what I ordered. She didn’t take the time to offer different products nor did she upsell me anything. It was refreshing not to be offered a super-size option or a different item. I know what I want and when I order it I expect it to be what I ask for. She keyed in my requests and then took the time to confirm to my order and then gave me the total price. This was perfectly seamless and felt like she was an expert at her job. I promptly paid and collected my receipt and went and sat down. While waiting for my food I decided to go ahead and use the restroom and wash my hands before a meal. As I opened the restroom door I was instantly greeted with the infamous scent of human feces. Someone had taken the time to use the restroom but not flush or clear the air. I hated having to breathe it in as my mind raced back to microbiology and human anatomy classes reminding me of how our olfactory glands operated, I was instantly sick. This person had infected the air we breathe with his personal disgust for human decency and courtesy. How dare he live his poop particles floating in the air for me to savor. I was in infuriated and it drove me to finish my task at hand as quickly as possible. I ran back to the sink and washed my hands while holding my breath feeling my lungs start to burn with the need for fresh air, I picked up the pace and was out the door and after a few steps to make sure I was clear I let my breath go and quickly sucked in fresh air that wasn’t infested with intestinal residue. As my breathing slowed down, I realized that my food was ready. Walking back to the cashier with my head held high and with some semblance of dignity I collected my food and thanked them for the great service and walked out my car. My visit to this particualy Chic-Fil-A was great except for a small portion that was spent in the restroom. I will never forget that incident and it may deter me to ever enter another public bathroom. It won’t deter me from ordering from Chic-Fil-A but this time I guarantee you I will go through drive thru lane. Save me from having to find parking, leaving the comfort of my own car, and no more restrooms.

Im a big time Chick-fil-A fan.....but I had a terrible experience at this location. A friend and I were on our way out of town and hustled to get breakfast before 10:30am. We start standing in line at 10:22am. We start our order at the register at 10:29am...mid-order the clock turns 10:30am and a manager/supervisor walks over and tells all the cashiers theyre done serving breakfast. Then the cashier tells me that theyre done (even though I already ordered a couple of chicken biscuits). I appeal that we started our order before 10:30. And she says sorry...we stop at 10:30am. I was shocked... I mean...so next time I need to speak a lot faster or what? Id never had that kind of experience... I understand that there has to be a cut off point for breakfast...but...it just seems like the people who start ordering before 10:30 should be able to finish...anyway, this whole experience seemed so unlike Chick-fil-A. It seemed...a little too rigid. Ill happily delete this post if I hear that theyll speak to their employees and end breakfast a little smoother. If not, then...maybe this place will be the only bad Chick-fil-A Ive ever visited.

Excellent service Greeting skills were superb Great sandwich Love the fries Geat place to eat because McDonalds is slow and their quality of food is at a all time rate of poor. McDonalds doesnt treat individuals like customers anymore the treat anybody like numbers. They are extremely slower than ever. Their restrooms at McDonalds are very nasty and the toliet paper they us is of poor quality anybody using the restrooms would have to roll off the whole roll of toilet paper to wipe your behind. The customer service and greeting customers are slow to none existence. If I want a sandwich I know to come to Chick-fil-A where my food is going to be great and service with a smile. Its been a while since I last visited Chick-Fil-A, however it escapes me why. I was immediately greeted by a very pleasant young lady "Kelsey" that welcomed me like I was a long lost family member. Lets see this is a quick serve restaurant right. She took my order and asked my name, hmmm an unusual touch but I gave my name nevertheless. Very shortly thereafter my meal was served to me by what I believe was the manager on duty, another very pleasant person. The meal was fresh, hot and the coffee was something akin to one of my other haunts. Needless to say I will be going back more often for the fresh and affordable breakfast and lunches I used to frequent. Great job folks!

Waited 20 min in the drive through without moving more than 1 car length, so I went inside and got in a much shorter line, only to wait another 30 minutes for them to take me order and get my food out. The lobby was crowded with other waiting, upset families. I had to get someones attention to see where my food was. When I addressed my wait time nothing was said or done to explain it. I watched several employees take their time filling drinks and bagging food while they giggled and talked with each other, granted they looked no older than 16 or 17.

Food quality was good and the person that served us was friendly. Mobile curbside orders are a little different here. You have to park in the Verizon parking lot next door. It took a little longer than normal for our order to reach us, but the location was busy. They missed giving us some straws so we had to go back into the restaurant to get what we needed. It appeared they had the same small mishap with a vehicle next to us. They brought them their straws, which prompted us to look for ours.

I normally dont rate fast food places but this one deserves a special mention. On a road trip my self and my family stopped here for lunch. When we got here the line was almost out the door, we thought it would take a very long time to get service, we were pleasantly wrong, within 15 minutes we were served and seated! The place was very clean as all chick-fill-as I have been to. The food was typical chick-fill-a food but the service was incredible. Special mention to this one.

Staff was pleasant and friendly. This was our second visit to a Chick-fil-A and the food was cold! Order the club meal and salad was cold that is good. French fries was cold! Took them back the second ones Came within seconds and were only at Tish warm. My husband sandwich I learned halfway through was COLD But after asking for french fries once getting cool the second time decided to leave the sandwich. Very disappointing! When busy you would except food to be hot!

Have called and called for catering and never a return call at any time. Call the restaurant directly to make order and it was reluctantly taken because it was not through the catering side that never returns the call. Arrive early to add 15 more sandwiches (the whole order was just sandwiches not meals) and told it will take an hour. Really...... this location is either over-run with business or poorly ran and maybe both.
