Chef Tony catered our company Christmas party. What a pleasure to work with. Food was delicious. Best food and selection we have ever had at a catered event. Employees could not brag enough about the food. Blackened tilapia, fried pork chops, chicken and catfish were all perfect. Food for sixty and everything delicious. Delivered exactly on time and exactly what we had wanted. Five entrees with seven different vegetables.
