Horrible , absolutely horrible. I went in for a cut and style, what I GOT however was two snips of the bangs, my hair straightened, and so much product that i looked like a victim of an oil explosion. The guy doing my hair was nice and polite however what I got WAs nothing like what I wanted. I wear a wig because it makes me feel special so I asked him to cut my hair the way my wig is cut, he gave it a single glance and did whatever he wanted. HE didnt even have the picture out while cutting my hair. I paid 40.00 and look the same....so disappointed.

After sitting 30 minutes for a 15 minute hair cut... I had to go the following day to the other location in town, because this one butchered my hair. The woman spent half the time complaining about her second job and talking bad about previous customers of the day. I WILL NOT be returning to this location. If I could give 0 stars I would.
