my boyfriend was getting his hair cut. I was trying ti be helpful because he was getting his hair faded and she left a long peice of hair by his ears, i didnt see the other side so i told her there was a long peice bt his ear trying to be nice . she told me shes gonna cut the hair and not me and she cant "do all this" i wasnt rude enough to say it but i thought "well your cutting other peoples hair you should be abke to handle instrucion." And im not a jelaous type but she than began to act very kindly to my boyfriend laughing and carrying on touching his shoulders. HOW RUDE. she then asked if i liked it at the end tho.

Im not usually one to care about my hair. Just wash and wear. But I have been upset all day about the haircut I got today. I am growing my hair out after a short cut so I asked to leave most of it alone except to trim the lower back and blend an area near my face that was uneven. I got exactly the opposite. Barely a trim at the neck and cut the top short. Do I ever look stupid. I had to cut the back myself. Now I have to start all over growing out the layers.

My friend and I went in with pictures of EXACTLY what we wanted and not only did they give us something COMPLETELY different, the two women cutting our hair got upset that we werent satisfied with the haircuts. Now the issue I had with my previous haircut is even worse. Will ABSOLUTELY NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.

Hair cut is ok I guess. About the same you might get at any of the low quality places. But they no longer have even a restroom for customers. Well then shorten the wait times. Geee. Guess I will be going to New Albany or to Fantastic Sams from now on.

Last three hair cuts... Well first one was amazing. Second one was ok but did not mess it up to bad just a little uneven not huge issue. Third time the girl complete messed up my mohawk and I had to save my head completely

Came in with pictures of how we wanted our hair done. They totally ignored the pictures and did what they wanted. With as short as they cut my hair itll be another 4 months before I can get it cut how I wanted.

My son gets his hair cut here every other month. They are so good amd patient with kids. Never any problems with his hair cut.

It was good. I go there at least once a month and i have had one small problem. I went back and they fixed it for free
