Ive never had a wax where Im told my hair is not long enough. Any place you go they will tell you that your hair needs to be about the length of a grain of rice. Why she wants it extra long I dont know when in fact other spas would shave your hair down before they would wax something so long. I dont get my wax, from the looks of her shop she probably didnt have any, I dont know. Her shop is very small and it didnt seem very clean to me, it lacked the privacy feeling that I would want from an establishment where I get naked. I did get a massage, I was cold the whole time and it wasnt relaxing at all. Everything seems very over priced. * First of all what I posted online is called an opinion and is also freedom of speach in America and is a Fact as to what happened. So what you a calling "inappropriate" or "false and negative allegations towards your business" is also considered your OPINION. Just because I am not in your "software" does not mean I have not been to your "business" or that I even gave you my correct name. Thank goodness! You sure seem spiteful! :/ In fact, your waxing room was the very last room on the right. Which was extremely small like the rest of your rooms, to include the room I had my horrible massage in directly from YOU. Furthermore, you mention "our" several times in your response to my review. YOU are the only person that I seen in this establishment and the only person that answered the phone each time I called. So, while I am sure that it it makes you feel better to say you have additional employees, YOU are in fact the ONLY person I ever seen. Perhaps if there was another choice I would have received my wax and a good massage! Thanks for your response, I only wish instead, you would have taken that energy towards better service. Part of being a successful business owner is taking in feedback good or bad. God is good! Thank you for the blessing! ;)

Super impresionada y complacida con el resultado que tuve al venir a Ecuabella para mis eyelashes . Es un lugar muy limpio y la dueña muy professional la cual tiene mucho conocimiento sobre lo que habla y dice, aparte se respira un aire de mucha paz en este lugar. Definitivamente recomiendo a que venga a Ecuabella, is a good quality place love the way she did my eyelashes. Very clean place and the owner is a really professional person who knows what she is doing and she is a very talented person. I really recommend this place, you wont regret it.

I have been going to Ecubella for over a year. I have had several peels and facials for my acne and skin discoloration. I have had acne for over 10 years and just recently started having discoloration. I have been to dermatologist and many doctors. I have tried high end products and home remedies. Nothing was helping. Until I started going to ecubella. My discoloration and acne is almost completely gone. I am very happy with my results. I drive over 2 hours to visit Geovanna. She really cares about her clients and their skin. She not only works to improve your skin but will help you feel relaxed while doing it. Many places will herd you in and out like cattle but Geovanna will make you feel welcomed and relaxed. She really knows alot about skin she will help you with any skin concern. I have been to other spas in Louisville, Bowling Green and Elizabethtown and she is by far the best on prices and quality. You will not be disappointed. She is friendly and will answer any questions.

Venue: The venue is very clean, calm, organized, and welcoming. I love that it is not crowded and I can feel pampered every time I walk in the door. There is a great selection of products in the front and plenty of privacy in the back. I absolutely adore Geovanna. She is an expert at what she does, but she always makes you feel like family. She gives back to the community and has such a warm personality. After my first appointment, I knew that I found the only place I will go to locally to get a facial, waxing, or spa service. Any time I need a pick-me-up or feel the need to splurge on myself, I know that Geovanna will take great care of me and make sure that I leave feeling amazing!

EcuaBella is an amazing spa! Geovanna is incredibly knowledgeable and has the experience to get your skin to where it needs to be. She also offers things that many other spas dont in the area, like body wraps, eyebrow threading, and more! I found her because of the amazing line of products she carries (Dermalogica, Vivant, MLis) which are available not only in her store but to purchase online at her online store! Super convenient! This is by far the best gem in Elizabethtown for any and all beauty needs!

I have been to many places for facials, massages, etc and never felt as comfortable by any of those others as Giovanna makes me feel. She makes me feel like family. She is very personable, welcoming, has a relaxing environment and is always a pleasure to be around. Her professionalism and knowledge is that of the highest caliber anyone would want and expect.
