I went in and took a picture of the cut I wanted. It was 7:30 pm when I arrived. She cut my hair and dried it with a round brush. When it was half way dry she attempted to stop and let me pay and leave. I told her no, its still wet. Please finish drying it. So she did. The ends were tucked under and I looked 12 with a bob. I asked her to please straighten the ends so it looked like the pic. She said Im sorry we dont have straighteners. I said what? So I asked the manager Heather in the booth next to mine and I said tell me yall have straighteners? All salons have them!!! She shrugged her shoulders and said no we dont. I walked out of there looking 12 instead of sexy. I called back today AND THEY DO HAVE STRAIGHTENERS!!!! EVERY STYLIST DOES!!!!!!! They lied to my face!!!!! Even the manager! The assistant manager talked to me today and said surely they misunderstood? And I told her no they were too lazy to straighten the ends and they lied straight to my face. She said what do you want us to do? Straighten it for you?? DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS JOKE OF A SALON!!!! This was my first and last time in there!!!! They didnt even offer me a free haircut to come back. They just lost a customer and none of my friends or family will be having their hair done here either. This is the worst customer service Ive ever received and when I find a way to complain to corporate I will. This review doesnt even deserve 1 star in my book. AVOID!!!! AVOID!!!! AVOID!!!!

Dont go there. Unless you are a man and want to look like a man. Im to embarrassed to leave the house. I cry every-time I look in the mirror. It will be months before it grows long enough to do anything with it. I bought in a picture of a Dorthy Hamil Wedge and Directions on how it was done from the internet. She said no problem. It was in style. Shed done lots of them. HA ! Now I look like a cancer patient. Not a hair on my head more then 3/4 inch long and the rest was buzzed to the scalp. Pin Head comes to mind. When I said something about it all I got was. Sorry $12.99 please. Then I showed her the picture I bought in and she said Ill take 2 dollars off. Im livid and in hiding.

DONT GO unless you are worried about cost. Cost was not in my decision of going to this place - I just need a trim. My hair was totally chopped everywhere. Didnt realize how bad until I got home and my hair was dry from being wet for the cut. I had to go somewhere else to try and get if fix; which will take a couple more trips. The owner of the business I went to was totally shock at the mess and wonder how in the world the person that cut my hair was cutting for the public. People who cut hair should take pride in their job and care for the person they are working on. Im sure they would not be happy if the shoe was on the other foot.

Great Clips is my go-to place when I need my haircut. The lines are short, and they keep information on how to cut your hair, so for repeat customers they already know what you want-- even before you sit down in a barbers chair. They always go the extra step to add style to even the simplest of haircuts.

I was a walk in and I showed the stylist,Jessica, a picture on my phone of the hair cut I wanted. She looked at it twice, and have more than j could have hoped for. It is undoubtedly the best haircut Ive ever had. I totally recommend her to anyone

Cheap, mediocre haircuts. Its OK for a trim when desperate, but the last 2 times I went, my cut was uneven. The second time I noticed before I left, pointed it out, and the stylists attempt to fix it still didnt work.
