Mitch has cut my hair for the last 6 years. I have always been impressed with the level of service and the personal attention he gives me. Mitch is a personable guy who maintains a nice facility. The service is great for the cost and will gladly continue to be a patron of Noggin. If you are looking for a true barber, call him. I recommend Noggin to anyone!.
