I called to ask a simple question like, "Hey I just recieved an email saying I missed my delivery, is this where I can pick it up from?" (the other fed ex on edgewood had a guy who could barely speak english picking up their phones and I couldnt understand a single word he was saying) This time I got some girl with an attitude who made me feel like I was a complete inconvience and an idiot for asking such a question. She said "no, and you need to wait till 7pm". So I asked what address I can pick it up from, she said "at one of our substations." I said what? because ive never heard of a fed ex office being called a substation, nor has google for that matter. She responded with "AT-ONE-OF-OUR-SUBSTATIONS".... I was baffled at the response, said goodbye and hung up. Fed Ex is supposed to have the highest repuation amongst the package delivery businesses [ Weve all seen castaway =) ] But after calling today and to get such a rude response for such a simple question like that has steered me away from ever using their services again. I would rather go through United Package Smashers after today. See ya fed ex. at least UPS is friendly

Every time I go there to ship something, theres 3 or 4 employees working, but theyre usually working on a printing order. Theres no real self-check-in process, and they have a bit of attitude when I dont bring it in the right envelope: "You cant use the (free) air envelope for ground shipments. Theres a padded envelope for sale over there. $3." Im used to a shipping facility that can appreciate and handle my business without making me feel like its a chore. Thats not available here. When I need something printed, its drama too. Can I come pick it up tomorrow...? Its 10 copies of a 5 page brochure with a spiral binder. It should take 10 or 15 minutes total. Give me a break.

They tried to charge me $10 for one cd to store one image. Ive told them to email it, which was $3 dollars. Ive left Iowa that day. Ive never received the email. Ive called the store and that same girl had an attitude about sending it again. I will never come back again. I just wanted a simple jpg, png or bmp image of my college degree. It has been a week from 8/24/07 and yet no email.

Whatever issues the store may have had before, those are no longer the case. Very helpful staff and store always has other customers when Im there. Went to have wedding labels printed - amazing pricing! Very happy and plan to return for any and all future printing needs I have.

Went there to ship business materials to confence. all I really got was treated like I was an inconvienance for them. That experience has made me a UPS client. FedEx this store cost you a potential customer with a lot of business.

I have had only good experience with this Fed Ex Kinkos store. They are always courteous and responsive. I have been there many times for various services.
