Like that it has more of selection than other Hy-vees in town. Have had couple of small issues at this store. But do not like the meat and seafood counter here. Only had one ribeye in case asked if they could cut more, seemed annoyed and I asked for 1-11/2 inch cuts They cut me three steaks that weighed over six pounds and was $85 who needs that much, left them with the other meats, and went to waterfront where the steaks were already cut and normal size. I usually shop at the waterfront Hyvee, and will always now, just much friendlier all-round and willing to help you in any way especially Dennis in seafood.

Not happy that Hy-Vee had a tent in the parking lot selling fireworks and that Hy-Vee gives so much money to conservative Republicans in Iowa. Also, Hy-Vee refuses to order Bausch and Lomb AREDS-2 for age-related macular degeneration (AMD) of the eyes even though UIHC opthalmologist Dr. Edwin Stone said AREDS-2 is the ONLY thing that helps AMD, lots of people have it (its genetic), and Hy-Vee carries other Bausch and Lomb products! Ive asked the manager, everyone I can think of!

Hyvee is the definition of what a grocery store should be. They are constantly improving on what they offer and are wonderful to customers. Within the last year, theyve added bulk foods, improved their beer/wine selection, upped their organic game and added a restaurant. This on top of great meat and cheese selections, great hot meals available and theyve started to do samples!

Awesome customer service via phone with Donna in the floral department. I am planning a surprise bday party for my daughter at a local venue there and I am out of town. She was very polite, professional and really took care of all the details in making this very special. I so appreciate her eagerness to help me!! I do a lot of my grocery shopping in there, they are not lying about a helpful smile literally and every aisle. I had a run-in with a cashier toy school is a little unpleasant, but does not stop great rating for the overall store. Every time I go into the store someone is asking do I need help finding something or how can they help exceptional customer service.

Coralville Hyvee is a new and beautiful grocery store with a Starbucks coffee and sit down bar/restaurant inside. The deli, bakery and meat counters are staffed by friendly people and provide good products. There is a cheese/olive station- great selection but a little overpriced. In general, I would have given 5 stars, but they are more expensive than others.

Outstanding customer service! We are from Kansas City and traveling to Illinois. Our little girl got sick so we ran in to grab a thermometer and medicine. Customer service went above and beyond and gathered some supplies to clean our car along with crackers from the salad bar (without me even asking!) Thank you for being a warm heart in a stressful situation.

Catered both a birthday party and graduation party! Excellent food, ordered 4 pizzas first time and BBQ pulled pork, ribs, mac & cheese with baked beans the second. The desserts were equally delicious with fresh strawberry cake/ whipped cream and banana pudding/ graham cracker crust. Delivery on time. Price point appropriate to the quality! Thank-you!

This review is specifically for the buffet, it seemed nobody really had much of an idea as to protocol. Slow to get someone to be able to pay if youre not dining in. The American food buffet had prompt service, but for the Chinese buffet, it was a challenge to do much of anything, as there seemed to be a communication gap between us.

Hy-Vee groceries, pharmacy, etc. The best experience in shopping that Ive had anywhere in a long time. The personal are always courteous & helpful. Stores are clean & prices very fair. Im so glad to have found this establishment since moving to the area. Even better, Hy-Vee stores are now in my hometown & state.

This recently renovated store uses Hy-Vees their newer layout--which slows down shopping and keeps you inside longer. The polished concrete floors look cheap, like Wal-Mart, and the large bank of single-user bathrooms frequently have a wait. Sorry, but this version of newer isnt better.

I enjoy shopping at this Hy-Vee location. The store is usually very clean, the staff is helpful, and the products are well-stocked. This Hy-vee also offers the Aisles Online grocery delivery program, which a great benefit if youre on a tight schedule or feeling under the weather.

The Coralville Hyvee is all-around the best grocery store in the area. The deli salads are fresh. The zesty tortelini is my favorite. The store has a large selection of products that are usually stocked right. Most of the time I still go to Fareway Mormon Trek to get meat.

I get all my groceries from Hyvee now! Coming from the South, where Wal-Mart is king, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to find everything I need with such good quality. I make a trip once a week and spend less time and money than I would anywhere else.

Unbeatable customer service. You may pay a few bucks more for your groceries than you will at Walmart, but you wont spend all day waiting in line, checking yourself out, then being checked at the door to assure you did not steal buns. Well worth the trade off.

Have been shopping at the Coralville Hy-Vee since we moved here almost 7 years ago. Everyone who works here is so friendly and helpful. I love their large selection in the gluten free/ health market section. Will be a customer for life!!

The stores usually has staff walking around to answer questions and help customers. They have an amazing selection of cheeses. Also, cashiers have been very kind, even when its busy and hectic for them. The store sales arent bad either.

While I love Hy Vee the Coralville Hy Vee is always out if things and their prices have gone way up since the remodel. Customer service is not very good to many young people working who do not know much about the store.

Great selection. Excellent market area for being a supermarket and not a specialty market. Cheese selection was great as was the charcuterie. You have your everyday necessities along with unique market type items.

Im from Wausau WI and how I wish we had Hy-Vee by me! Great selection of pantry items as well as fresh. The store is always clean and easy to navigate. Prices also are good in comparison to other stores.
