We made use of the Hyvee on Oakland Rds Floral Department for our wedding in June, and they did a FANTASTIC job! We had little lanterns which we brought in and they prepared with live flowers inside, and a beautiful version of "Beasts Rose" from Beauty and the Beast. Their care and expertise go above and beyond in the Floral Department; we had the pleasure of working closely with Beth and Peggy, both great consultants! Our only set back was purely by accident; we had a very last minute order request for some white long stemmed roses for the Rose Giving portion of our ceremony which had been forgotten (we never found the roses in the order), and our beautiful Memorial Arrangement fell off the table (it was an outdoor ceremony) before the ceremony even got underway (again, this was not their fault). I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND their services in the Floral Department! THANK YOU!!

Wonderful customer service - especially in the pharmacy area. When receiving a new prescription, the counter personnel did me a huge favor by double checking this particular prescription and found additional savings for me. This type of extra effort was not only greatly appreciated but showed me that these individuals really do care for their customers. Exceptional service and a passion for quality of care.

I drive across town just to shop here. Your customer service & friendliness are top notch. I did, however, just have 1 bad thing happen. I bought this salad on Tuesday & went to serve it up tonight & it was rancid & rotted. Although Ive never had a bad experience here, ..... I just wanted to make you aware. Expiration date is 11/07.

I also drive across own to shop here. And Oh for the love of CHEESE! The specialty counter is terrific. A bit crowded feeling, but still worth it. Prices seem to be lower here on many items than at other Hy-Vees. Makes up for the crowding.

My Go-To Store over any other grocer in the area. People are in and out pretty quick, cashiers are quick and extremely polite. Its very clean and if you watch coupons and sales, it can be a much cheaper trip to the store. Love it!

This is the best grocery store around! I can always find whatever I need, with friendly and helpful staff! ! Chris in the cheese department and Chris in the meat department are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I just seem to have bad luck with hyvees at this one instead of asking for my ID when buying beer they ask if my parents are around. at least I was able to buy beer once they figured out how to scan my ID

As of December 2015, they have a DOT kiosk next to their customer service desk. Worked perfectly for me. Need a credit or debit card. Takes 21 days for actual to arrive in mail. Nice clean store too.

The cafe, buffet, and hot food take-out options are good; the produce section is better than most locally, and the grocery section is pretty thorough. The health food section is average to good.
