As usual with this particular Subway, there was a wait to place the order when going through the drive through. When they did get around to taking the order, we got the usual response that they were out of the necessary ingredients to make our subs. Once again, we had to order something else from the menu. We werent even asked if we wanted our subs toasted or heated. I got the cold cut combo, and it was the worst sub Ive ever had.

Drive thur is slow and they did not ask several questions like going inside, like what type bread cheese heated or toasted and i asked for chocolate chocolate chip cookies and got just regular chocolate chip cookies. The cookies were very dry ended up throwing them away because they were old.

I always have such a wonderful customer service experience here. The staff is excellent and go out of their way to make each visit positive. Most of the time the staff recognizes my voice when I call in my order and knows what I want.

My son ordered a chopped salad. They asked what hed like on it, after he listed all the additional veggies and dressing they put them in a bowl, chopped it and acted very confused after packaging it when he wanted lettuce with it too.

I frequent the drivethru at this establishment. They are very kind and you usually dont wait too long. My food is always good. Very clean! They have dine-in as well as drive-thru. Oh, and the kids meal usually comes in a neat bag.
