The Super Store Goodwill in Dubuque Iowa has the rudest cashier I have ever seen in my life. My other half and my 2 kids were in this store Sunday September 23 2012 and we walked up the register and unloaded my cart on to the counter and my other half stayed to pay while the kids and I walked back over to the toys near the register. I turn around to see if its time to go and the cashier is slamming my merchandise on the counter throwing my things in the bag. I walked over to the register and asked what was going on. She wouldnt respond but the people in the line behind me and around the register said she is known for her bad attitude. I asked her what her problem was and she ignored me. She then turns to my other half and said "Do you want this crap in a bag?" I then say I dont want you to help me get your manager. She once again ignored me talking. I then turned and there was some employees working a little way over and shout for a manager. One of the other cashiers then called the manager over and the I explained to the manager what happened and there were other people all saying that she is always like this. The manager just said thank you and walked away. I never received a receipt or anything and 2 of my items I purchased were broken. Im very upset and will never visit this location again

The prices could be a lot better! There should be a set price for everything not just clothes. There home goods have a price on the bottom written in sharpie. This devalues the item and it is tacky looking! There selection for clothes is okay. It is a clean store. I have heard from other people who shop there that they think the prices are high as well. The store itself is a great employment for people. It also has some great name brand clothing. I like that the clothing is by size.

The prices are becoming outrageous. Some things are barely below new prices. One must remember, the article that they(he the CEO) wants $ 20.00 for was given to the store for FREE. The CEO and founder of Goodwill more than compensates himself yearly, as are the other directors of Goodwill districts. I know it has to "keep the lights on", but they pay below the minimum wage(loophole in the law) and it is supposed to be a not for profit!

The cashier ripped me off. My total was $10 and I gave her a $20. She entered it in as a $10 and didnt give me change. I had a feeling that I gave her $20 but hoped I had just given her $10. When I got to my car, I checked my wallet to count. Sure enough I was missing $20, the $10 I owed my for purchases and $10 the cashier had pocketed.

Called to find out Dubuque, IA Goodwill Sunday hours. Voice said "Thank you for calling Goodwill Industries." They then hung up the phone. What do you think about this. Call time was 5:50 pm Central Time on Saturday.

A lot of inventory. Staff is friendly. Its hard for me to shop there because they only have carts that seat one child. The clothes are organized by size, which is helpful, but the home goods are just stacked on shelves.

Same as any goodwill BUT they seem to get more and more new items than used. Too much product for sale that isnt donated items. Clean and well taken care of. Friendly helpers and lots of service.

Nice store. A little overpriced in my opinion. I wish all Goodwills would have the same pricing everywhere. The stores located in the Des Moines area are a little less expensive.
