I sent 1 employee to work for this company. The hiring staff was so desperate to get more workers that she agreed if we sent more everyone would get paid $16 and hours. My 3 employees were sent to work at two job sites. The debit refundable cards were supposed to be sent in before the pay period. They were never received and I had to call in to see why. They apologized and sent a replacement so my employees got their pay late. The primary employee I sent was shorted out of 5 hours of pay and was also paid at the rate of $14 an hour instead of the $16 an hour that was promised before starting. Again I called and instead of being understanding and apologetic, the hiring staff that I had been in contact with was annoyed and argumentative. After a few call backs of trying to see what is going on and getting the run around about still waiting to hear back from payroll, I insisted on speaking to payroll myself. I received the same argumentative, unempathetic attitude as the hiring staff Patricia. After minutes of trying to explain my staff was shorted out of 5 hours and shorted out of a $16 an hour pay rate, Megan the payroll accountant promised to pay the difference back by the end of the day. It has now been a week and a half with the back and forth and I have still not been able to get my staff the correct pay and no one in the offices of Craft Solution seem to understand the frustrations of my staff. Instead I was told NOT to call back by Megan in Payroll. Do not work for this company. They are scammers that will pay you only SOME of the money that you worked for and turn around and look towards you as some ungrateful human being for wanting everything that is owed to you. Beware of this company. And if you still choose to work for them, please please please check your paystub and do the math out correctly so that you are not short on YOUR money. I lost 3 hard working employees to this company. Please beware!

I have only worked for them for a few months but they have provided a good working environment for not only me for 14 of my family and friends. They have provided jobs for us when no one else would with excellent pay rates. Great company to work for. No one beats The Craft!!!!!!! I have gotten to meet almost everyone and from the time you walk into the office, you feel like you are at home. Honest and great company to work for!!!

Craft has a home felt environment the staff is great i had to leave a job before the job was over in an urgent matter and i contacted there staff to make sure i was paid only for them to already have had my pay on the card now thats business i would refer them to anyone
