I used this service twice this past year. The first time, they sent me someone who was trustworthy, so pleasant, responsible and did a great job each time she was here, she worked for me for about a half a year, and we were thrilled throughout. I called them yesterday, because I needed someone new today, and they sent someone bright and early who is doing a wonderful job. I feel confident recommending them, because this is my second experience, and its just as great as my first one:)

Miriam runs a fantastic agency. I was thoroughly satisfied with the work the maid did. She cleaned my apartment from top to bottom and was very pleasant. Wow!! Ive been looking for a reliable agency for 2 years now, and Ive never seen anyone as consistent as Miriam. Whenever I need a housekeeper she provides help the next day. Plus these cleaners are trained!!! You get everything you could possibly need for the lowest rates. I would recommend this over anything else in Brooklyn.

Miriam, the owner, is a wonderful person. She really worked hard to find someone to meet my needs. I called for the first time, on a Friday and she had several possible employees that could come clean my apartment the very next day. I was satisfied with the cleaning and I would use Balabustas/Miriams services again!
