I was ignored when I walked in. I stood at the counter waiting to get checked in for the entirety of my husbands hair cut. He got a simple buzz cut that ended up choppy and uneven. I asked for light bangs and layers, I got neither. I now have a thick fringe with zero layers. I was too afraid to say anything because the woman who was cutting my hair seemed irritated. She rushed it and I left with long scratches across my face from her acrylic nails. To top it all off when I went to pay they would not accept my gift card which was full and activated. I will not be returning again.
