Have been going here for past year and is the only place I trust with my hair. My hair was fried after years of having blonde and now I finally have a natural shine back that I couldnt even get after growing out the blonde. Melissa is great and does my hair about every 6 weeks. She is super knowledgeable about proper hair care and their product lines. She literally saved me from looking like I wear a wig. However, I have also learned that all the employees here have developed a great rapport and experience with their clientele to where if Melissa was out for the day, I would let anyone there sub in.

Had two good stylists for a couple of years, each moved on. Then the next several stylists couldnt cut my hair into a decent style or get it even, went back a couple of times for re-cuts. Complained to main office by email about skills of stylists, was told I had gotten my money back several times, which was not true, had never once asked for money back. I paid for a services good or bad. After dealing with main office, wouldnt recommend any store.
