One of the last brick and mortar video stores around, Family Video is a great place to pick up a game or movie. Just opened an account today, and Im glad I did. For the first thirty days, you get 50% off of all rentals -- including games -- and the selection isnt all that bad. They had the game I wanted and a few Im sure Ill end up renting at some point. Great customer service too. Friendly, helpful, and ready to answer any questions you may have. Bravo, Family Video. Bravo!

New Manager Bailey is rude and condescending. Blu-rays and DVD are scratched and dirty. The "let me renew your membership" for 1.00 is a scam it is 9.99 each time and unless you are renting 6 movies at the half off price or go in every week you are wasting your money. I wish they had not changed management at this location, all downhill since then.

Different manager and staff every 6 months. Video game selection has gone downhill fast with the latest manager. Last visit I asked when a video game would be in and they informed me that the copies of the game were stolen, but they dont remove the cases. I now just go to the one on the other side of town.

Good selection but multiple times dvds have been scratched and are unwatchable. They say they put a credit on your account but it doesnt always show up.
